We had a Big Boy in Janesville, WI back in the 70's and 80's and on Fridays we always got the fish and chips and it was delicious!

Hey Maverick just watched your video and I was happy to hear about all that is happening in the Wisconsin Dells it’s quite close to me since I know all the properties you were talking about. I have told you that I’m very familiar with the Dells and Rivers Edge was one of my parents favorite places to eat. Did you know that if you go eat at the Rivers Edge on your Birthday you get a percentage of money taken off your bill.

Back in the 60's, Big Boy would advertise in the newspaper for waitresses. Their ad stated" only good looking girls need to apply". My girlfriend , now my wife of 52 years, we would go to Big Boy's after our high school football games. We would both order the Big Boy hamburger, and split an order of onion rings and she would order a cherry coke and I would order a lemonade. The total bill was less then $5.00.

They were in germantown, closed it moved to Sussex closed it and moved to the dells.
