If there's any resistance in that paracord on one side or the other it's going to try to compensate by lifting the other side. That could start it oscillating back and forth wildly. I would give it several feet of slack and tie the cord in the middle of the frame.

Hey, I used the exact same settings you showed here to setup GPS rescue on my 5 inch 6S drone. As soon as I triggered GPS rescue, the VTX turned off for some reason (I have the Goku F722 Mini V2 Pro FC) which has a switch controlled 10v pad so I’ll try to figure that part out but yes the video went full static (I fly analog). I got worried for a moment as I couldn’t see anything but the drone came back so fast, it almost felt like magic. I have flown drones in the past with GPS rescue setup but never tested it and haven’t had to use it. Thank you again for this very helpful video.

Hello i just made my own 6s li-ion pack for my first drone build with 21700 molicel cells and i used 21700 cell holders for easy battery changes do you think it will still fly or will it be too heavy the drone im building is a 7 inch fpv drone

Do you think if you used the standoffs for the vtx you would have room to flip the aio around and run the power wires under the vtx to come up the rear?

This is super helpful for me! Thanks for making this. Soon I’m building my first quad and I know I’ll need to do this after it’s altogether. I noticed that on the motor setup, a small piece of blue tape on each motor would make it easier to see which direction it’s moving.

That's why I use the front left push in button for arm/dissarm

HELP! My betaflight 4.5.1 doesnt have gps rescue in the modes tab. I only see failsafe and gps beep satellite count. Is this okay? What should I do? THANK YOU!

One thing to note on USB-C power banks, they all will negotiate voltage with whatever periferal is plugged in. This is due to the USB PD standards which are almost universally adopted. As a result USB-C power sources are required to have a 5v output (and they actually output this even if negotiation fails in almost all cases) so it shouldn't be an issue to plug whatever USB-C power source into your quad!
