Honestly I just put on my lil stocking cap thing and put shampoo and conditioner on it and rinse it all through with the lowest part of my shower water i adjust the shower head 🚿 and boom and it works

Having a clean scalp makes your hair grow pretty fast. Washing your hair once a week should do the trick! Those scalp scrubbers do wonders as well.
