This is the Christmas Aurora laser light show they host at the Okinawa Zoo and Museum and right after the laser show they time it just right for the countdown to the new year, it was so special and spectacular and happy to have spent it with my parents and some coworkers that joined later into the show.

Since moving to Okinawa Japan, I was worried about the holidays since it would be my first one really far away from family but it kind of lined up with my parents schedule they are traveling around Asia for 3 months and so with their time down this way in the world they carved out the holidays to come see my this year 2024-2025 which was crazy, I've only been on Okinawa for about 6-7 months but I've been almost every but some places i haven't had the chance to see yet so i saved some of those first time moments once i found out they were going to be down here.

Been a crazy month so sorry for the lack of uploads but definitely a lot of content coming up. This one is pretty special, got the opportunity to volunteer at my first car event here in Japan and worked with an amazing team and coordinator Mike and his workshop team. Shoutout to Mike and MMF AutoworX Okinawa for the hospitality and giving me and my work mates the opportunity to volunteer for this event. I recorded this on my lunch break to explore the cars so sorry if it feels rushed but i hope you guys enjoy, i love the car culture out here and definitely gave me some motivation on my next few cars. Working on the Hijet, YES i know i still owe you guys a video on my truck to explain how freaking amazing this is thing has been. Always wanted to do this project and the stars aligned and on this 4 day weekend i took the next 2 days working on the truck bed for the truck doing the spray on rustoleum bed liner. I wish i had the roll on or paint on version but unfortunately here in Japan they cant ship it due to it being a hazardous material so the next best thing was the spray on variant and to be honest it came out pretty well! Thanks for the all the support and comments, ill get you guys an FAQ asap.

How about contacts? Or should I say fuck it and just wear glasses the whole time. I really prefer contacts and can get them on and off really quick but if they rip or pop out at any time I’m screwed bc I’m blind as a bat. If I were to wear contacts would they care if I carry my glasses on my person in case something happens?

Hey, do you think bringing a padlock is good? I have read mixed things about this. Some say, you might need 2 padlocks, and some say they just issue you one there. I got one, but if they only let you use the one they issue you, I don't see the point. Let me know.

I’m looking for a small action camera, not for action, but to record family and fun and also for daytime walks and walks at night in the city lights. Mostly POV walks. I’m also going to use it to record inside malls and shopping centers and for evening city walks in various settings from bright to dark. I already have a pocket 3 which is amazing, and a GoPro which is great for sunny skies but fails in low or artificial light. I was waiting on the ace pro 2, but I think I’m leaning towards the action 5 now, as a sidekick to my beloved pocket 3. Do you think it could film at evenings and inside places like malls without jitter and with accuracy in the mixed light? Do you recommend it overall?

That dorm is huge. I wonder they are the NCO dorms when I was there. My dorm was across the Banyan Tree airmans club. Very small. You are going to have a blast there.

Yo this video is so sick man. I've always been a fan of Imports as my second car was a 1998 Civic EF Hatch that had a b16a swap in it that was a ton of fun. I got a S13 Hatch after that which was really neat car in pretty basic condition besides having some Rota Grids on it. It had a KA24DE swap and it was 5 speed so it wasn't anything crazy but I loved that car. Seeing all those JDM cars overseas is legit.
