The chase unboxing experience is noticing the envelope has a Ohio address. The envelope I've been waiting for. It's pretty much over after that. For best credits the results are Sad. What the nominees all had in common was finding parity with the annual fees. The hilton cards giving status including F&B can cover annual fees with some stays with the rest of the credits able to be cash positive. The Aspire over 1k past the annual fee. The hilton cards are a class above.

Amex plat is easy to get value in year one, just get it in Dec and double dip.

This was great! I’ll be honest, I knew Platinum won best unboxing, but I thought BILT is better ha. Bring back the wooden box for the platinum! Pretty wild, Amex Platinum won almost everything in the good categories haha. USBAR had to be on the list somewhere haha, catch all. Inksssss Loved this Lani! Very cool!

Great video! Question about United Cruises.. I probably know the answer but wanted to ask anyway. Do I have to book a United Cruise with my United card or can I put it on my CSR and get a better multiplier, better protections and still get the bonus United miles? Preciate all you do sir 🫡

I wish C1 was even more harder to get. I spent time in the C1 lounges in DEN a few times earlier in 2024, but by the end of the year, I couldn't get in on 2 occasions due to over crowding.

That was fun! Subscribed. I have the VX and think it is great. Credits are super easy to use and the DFW lounge is very nice. That said, I was surprised to see it win best travel card, but the people have spoken.

Great video! If you primarily travel internationally, the Venture X is a phenomenal card for the user. I can't willing get behind the Capital One ecosystem until they start adding DOMESTIC partners. And honestly.... most people aren't going to take the time to book through alliance partners for domestic flights - it's just another hoop to jump through to fly which makes having the card more difficult to hold and use.

Doing the Green to gold to platinum used to be the rule back in the day. I am planning to do this course of action this Spring after I complete my Chase trifecta. I personally backed away from credit/charge cards many years ago. Now I'm back. Quick question: getting the two Schwab AmEx cards will not interfere with the green to gold to platinum ladder action? I am looking at doing this with elevated offers only. If I don't go this route in 2025 I will stay with Chase for now and do the Ink cards, perhaps two times with referrals to myself. And only then add an airline/hotel card. I' am only looking for elevated bonus harvesting and don't want to get sidetracked. Thanks

I use my Venture miles on some of their cardholder exclusive experiences. 5,000 venture miles for VIP major league baseball games, exclusive wine+dining, and some amazing theatre shows! Love the video - I am SHOCKED at the catch all card of the year.
