I believe this is your second celebration of nations! Gosh it's been a year already? Feels like yesterday we saw videos of the last one. Time really does fly. On another note, I'm battling the lack of motivation to go to the gym. I hope I snap out of it soon. Showing up every day like you do takes guts. I applaud it. Finally, I think looking above the heads of the people you're talking to and assuming a more balanced stance helps with presentations and controls the subtle fidgeting you may be experiencing. I clocked this from the hair pulling and bending over while you were speaking. I may be wrong but if not, try out my suggestion. As always, great video. 🔥🤝
