    First comment😌🤭. Your video motivated me and I started the gym 3 weeks ago. I currently go 3 times a week but I plan to increase it to 4 times next week. I haven't really found a routine yet but I got one from a friend and will try it next week.

    Another point I forgot to add but someone just reminded me: try to get pretty gym outfits so you can be motivated to wear them out and actually go to the gym. Shout out to my good friend Benita for this point😂.
