Second part of the low and slow bushwhacking.. this is where all the fun happens like massive spiders on my face and I wipe out a bunch and cause more damage to my already injured knee! OOPS.

Still not used to the 300 over my 150 but I'm getting better at it.. I'm really not used to sitting in one gear and torquing it around, but in time, I'm sure I'll get better at it with more seat time! Can't wait to ride some single track on this bike, but, I love the super open fast stuff more than anything like the trails here.

I've been injured with a torn ligament in knee and effusion so I've been off the bike.. Went for a quick ride out in the woods behind our farm to put around and see all the changes they've done back there for trail. Of course, fell twice going slow in stupid areas and inflated the knee again!

Sorry for linear over superview! First time out of the new 2020 KTM 300 XC TPI. This bike is sooo different from my 150 and even the other 300 and 450's etc that I have rode. Had a blast, but man, it made me tired!

Sorry for linear vs superview! Wow! I can't believe how much this beta rattles my bones, still a sweet ride, but I definitely prefer bikes with a counterbalance FOR SURE.

Decided to take a step up from the 150 and hop on a 300 2 stroke with the new 2020 KTM XC 300 TPI. Really looking forward to getting out and riding this bike! More video to come.

The clutch went in my 2016 TC85 the first time we took it out. This bike has been sitting pretty much since it was purchased in '17. $100 later, we got our problem solved!

First ride on the KLX110 kitchen bike build! It was really sandy and the bike wasn't running the best, getting too much air and needs to go up on the needle.

Hey man, just ordered the same bars. Looks like you were able to install them with the stock brake, clutch and throttle cables? I didn't buy the kit with extended cables, just the bars, so I hope so!
is that the ssv works overhead stereo? im thinking about getting one....how does it sound and would you recommend one...also what style roof does it work with

cool build, for anyone that plans on doing one for their 110, if the throttle grip is like this, its way easier if you get a new throttle tube instead of having to cut away at the one thats glued on, saves so much time

Performance or looks?
The Ktm/husky dragging issue is fixed by adding another .05mm washer to the push rod pin in the center of the clutch plates. Adds more pressure, making your lever not sloppy and more pressure for the push rod to disengage clutch.
Where specifically I mean you know a video that shows this?

Flywheel weight time add it.
When it comes to hydraulic clutched u need mineral oil like magura blood and to bleed the clutch’s u gotta reverse bleed them which is basically when u get a saring with a hose put it on the bleeder and u push the fluidez from the bottom up basically
You don’t need mineral fluid for every bike
Check the cap maguras that come on many of the husky take dot 5.1
Great video and great machine. What kind of side mirrors are those? Is there any cab heat of so is it bearable?
My wildcat doesn't have much heat issues in yhe cab.
as an experienced rider i recommend getting an air compressor, they will come in handy, especially for taking grips off

what type is the slave sylinder?
Just a standard OEM one. I went with KTM though as the KTM and Husq are interchangeable / the same.
Will the XR 50 pro taper handlebars fit with stock cables?
Definitely not; they are taller and you’ll want to replace the cables. You might make it work, but they’ll be tight and potentially pull on the throttle cable which I think is the biggest issue
I cannot get my pod to fit as my choke sticks out and is in the way. Any suggestions?
Can’t really help without seeing; I’m not sure how that would happen though unless you have a different model of carb?
@@snyderhaus Thanks for the reply lol I was able to figure it out. We have the same carb but mine is a little older so it has a different choke bracket. I was able to shave down the bracket with a grind wheel and the pod fits good now 👍

Will the pro taper xr 50 bend handlebars fit on this too? (For reference)
Yes they will, I had a response from someone who rode with Twitch, and they said they use the xr50 bend over the klx110 bend. Reason is, it sits higher I believe.

Is the pod filter? Not at all. Just some minor performance upgrades.
Are you talking about having a air filter? You most def need one lmao don’t blow that bike up

So the fluid should be held in that slave cylinder right? And not leak into the case?
It should be a closed system that doesn’t leak out; correct. If you have a leak then you’ll lose fluid, which in turn will stop the slave from doing what it’s supposed to do and you’ll have clutch issues.
They are to different bikes look the one he builds has a clutch but the one he rides doesn’t
Sure, but it doesn’t matter what bike you do it to. I did it to both my L and standard

No, purchased from BTO sports; but I assume it’s the same one.

One more mod I recommend is definitely a high compression piston it just gives it the boost it needs without being as crazy as a big bore kit
Great suggestion! I was actually just looking into big bore kits etc and debating on if they were worth it..
@@snyderhaus there a lot of fun I’ve got a 143 klx with a v2 and it is absolutely crazy especially for someone as small as I am it’s a lot of power. But you’ll have a perfect bike with either a high compression piston or a 134 the full build I a little bit to much without a cradle and upgraded suspension

Yeah, it wasn’t cheap when I had purchased either.. (and it was Canadian.) I think they were almost or over $500 a pipe

Why file the index nubby off the switch?
There is no slot for it to go into, so it won’t attach to the handlebars. You have to remove it and it will work

Kind of funny I just picked up a like new 2014 which is essentially the same bike for my son and I have all the same shit in my cart to add to it lol. Limited stuff available. How do you like the radiator guards? And I thought it was funny the skid plate is only available in black with orange
Rad guards especially for woods and newer riders (honestly even any rider) is worth it. Saved a mishap and a engine critical component that if it does get destroyed; you’re toast.
@@snyderhaus sure I run bpd on my singletrack bikes. I was more asking on the quality of those in particular.
Ahhh okay! Enduro engineering quality has been top notch from what I’ve had of theirs. And the installation process easy. I haven’t had a chance to try other brands though, so can’t say if they are better or worse
