wolf has been out of action for a while as i had a little slip of the mind when wiring in the new ey4 lcd. fried main controller and the lcd, costly exercise and so i wanted something else to try instead of forking out ridiculous money for the minimotors controllers. finally did a PID tune session with the foldape4 out of the box its got quite a bit of jello for the analog version, which forced me to print the tpu upside down suspended mount from thingiverse. that did the job for gyroflow, but, i wanted better results, ie, less zooming. this is no gyroflow raw file no colour grading with the supplied nd filter.

2.7k 60fps on the runcam split 4, been a while since used my old fpv gear. catching up to the progressions is fun tho. i like the colours of the runcam way more than the hawkeye, but the lens distortion corrections with the split 4 tend to drift a little as does the gyro sync, went to the underpass for a tuning session and saw peeps colourizing the place. perfect for the runcam i thought. lande...

about $260 aud for the foldape4 elrs and hawkeye thumb together. great little combo. this was taken right after rain at about 6pm quite dark. too dark to fly the runcam split 4.... gyroflow and colour graded only. no contrast or brightness manipulation. ISO set on auto. about 50 sync points. got impatient with it at the end hence the out of sync shakes before landing. 2.7k 50fps

same route diff day lol. 360 cam mounted. with protective caps. (good thing too!) didnt like the weight so thought def use the protective caps first try with the 360 cam. sticky pad has its limits

Trying out a helmet mounted swivel action with the go pro. My thoughts after initial viewing. 1. What a stupid face! 2. That wind noise is pretty bad. 3. Might need to double up cams. for audio's sake. chest and swivel? 4. Might need more weight offset as there's some crazy fast spins at points. Please share ur thoughts! Roast if you want! lol

take one Hero S9 from Dubitz Scooters out of the box. inflate tyres, charge. ride. lol. pushed speeds where i could safely. and where it got crowded. just popped little wheelies to load the controller. otherwise it would have taken much longer to drain the battery from the smallest Hero offering. also got a lot of smiles and thumbs up and generally positive vibes from everyone. seems to happen ...

Some welding is involved. S8 front end parts and two hero s8 or x8 motors and controller and lcd. The mercane battery and frame is all that's kept.

Haha cheers lad. Flatty was at the start. I reseated the bead when I returned and did the speed run on reseated tyre. Rim had bulk dried fibres from puncture saver goo. The dried fibres stopped the bead from seating properly. Quick scrape with a flathead screwdriver and reseat and she's all sweet! Thanks for watching and enjoying! ❤

the hero s/x8 are the only scoots that have a front suitable for the mercane.
@@highwaltage so I won't be able to fit one of those C-Type front shocks absorbers, you know the one that imitates a planes front strut
@user-nh7mx5xo4b you can using the hero stuff and dual shocks. Single shock and different wheels n tyres sure. But keeping it 8 inches hero s/x8 front c section. The hero s9 rear end swing arms will fit the x8 c section. If you wanna run 8.5inch pneumatics.
@@highwaltage been looking at 11" aftermarket c type shocks I want to keep using the 10" wide wheel pro 500w, I just unlocked the Unrestricted mode.. also getting my front wheel serviced it wasn't working(bad damaged wiring)

Hi, i know this is a late comment, but are you still able to get AV out on the goggles after you put dvr on them?
never too late mate! im about to put digital onto this spx01 :), as for AV out. yes i do believe it still worked fine with the dvr attached. the jack was kept for that purpose. i have also attached the uruav foam eye surround for ev200 and it fits ok with some persuasion. also uruav strap and liion battery case. im slowly working on using these goggles for OpenIPC :) stay tuned!

The ev100 goggles receiver is probably overheating. Ie 5v slowly failing. What antennas do you use?
@@highwaltage I used the linear antenna that came with the rx, later, I tried different antennas with no brand names actually but are omnidirectional - tried skew and clover leaf but no difference in signal quality however, I do see a bit of changes when use the circular polarized ones (Pagoda antenna) as they result in less total image loss when I yaw. With the Linear Polarized one, I totally lose signal when the drone faces me no matter how close. Also, I have patch antenna too and tried them on the goggles but to no difference really. So I'm guessing the issue is with the goggles.
@rapidnationfpv8431 the internal rx on ev100 isn't the best. I wonder if ev200 rx's will work....?
Sorry for the late response. I actually got no clue but I can look up some information on both Rx if they've got the same pads. But I'm thinking an Rx module with true diversity will work much better. I can just route that via the AV in jack. Read some modules are so cool that they even show signal strength! That's gonna be awesome 💯

P-0 is ur wheel diameter. making it 10.2 instead of the stock 11 will give you a more accurate speedo reading :)
I got one - unexpected good thing is the plush suspension reduces stem vibration/fatigue. It rides slow well. It weighs a ton so is hard to get in doorways, you have to drive it in level 1 2wd. Lighting for nihht riding is sweet.
