Loved rooster teeth growing up, especially the achievement hunter group. It just sucks they got to big for themselves in the end to where they were mismanaging themselves and this is where I have problems with guys like Geoff or Jack as much as I like them as entertainers, they’re just shit businessman on the corporate level. And one of the worst things you can do is telling people to fuck off like they were doing when they were getting criticism. I get there’s trolls and such, but you lost most of your main fandom for a reason so when people were trying to explain why, blocking them or telling them they’re not welcome into the RT community just put the nail in that coffin for them. So I just find it funny Jack felt he had to go over blocking the assholes here cause that’s partially why you’re where you are dude. If you can’t take the heat then you either toughen up or it’s not for you. And we know Jack has never been one to take criticism that well in the first place. I know the farewell stuff did have trolls too, lot of people saying “finally”, or “took you all long enough to die”, “go woke go broke”. I saw it and the best thing you can do is literally not acknowledge that. You acknowledged it though and let them have that moment over you.

Strange how there's a bunch of people in the comment section being very forgiving of a company that had racists who forced Micha Burton out; had people who instantly called Kaiden slurs when he surrendered to gender dysphoria(Kaiden was being called fa**ot when cameras were off, and fugz when cameras were rolling); went political and lashed out at the fans who disagreed; went woke and lost its audience; had core members of the company with entitlement and supremacist attitudes, thinking they were better than other employees; but most importantly: overworked and underpaid their employees and interns. I'm never letting anyone forget what they did. RT, AH, and FH dug their graves and jumped in them happily.

I miss these days, this is another thing why I liked the Xbox 360, the avatar system was in my opinion a way cooler version than Nintendo's Mii system. It's such a shame that they didn't add something like this onto the Xbox one (2013) without making too much changes to what already worked and what made it cool. I guess society as a whole anymore just takes things way too seriously.

i was recording going through all the halo avatar stuff and when I got to halo 4 on the second page I got the "disconnected from xbox live" it was the first thing to go before the marketplace.

one of xbox's biggest flops was letting go of Avatars. They hyped the new ones up and just dropped them as fast as they released them. That and the new ones are weird.

You're missing the LE Falcon prop from Halo: Reach.

With less options (we weren't overwhelmed) and clever programming, gaming was sincerely at its peak during the 360/PS3/Wii era and ofc before that was great as well. All started going downhill with the Xbox One/PS4 generation.
