Coyote's night club. Richmond County trying to intimidate some people. Just because you have a fun and badge doesn't mean squat. They wonder why no one like cops...well pigs in this case

@@nolagdhotwe battle St Aug, McDonough 35, Ed Carr and Jim McDonough, great bands but we blew them away in 96 when we battle all of them in St Pete. That year we won 4 BOTB comps. Our trophy room is littered with trophies from the 80’s and 90’s
@@itsculturepodcast Did yall win a grammy tho?
@@nolagdhot no we never recorded for a submission to the Recording Academy but we do have several musicians who have Grammy’s in Jazz and spoken word
@@itsculturepodcasttell em again! We actually had student arrangers in this band! They had more talent at 14/15 than most grown ppl that had been at it for over 20yrs….These guys have gone on to have amazing careers in music….grammy’s included!

Wow and y'all say cops are fucked up and it is not against the law for cops to cuss at anybody
Nothing like them eagles. C/O ‘96
That was colonel Charles Smith's band. His legacy is no longer there. Before the internet and social media. Richmond county high school bands nowadays are nothing like they were when I was attending Josey..😥 Shout out to those band members nowadays whose trying.
Miss this type of shows for Josey.
Yes sir. This is the GOAT Albert. We put on a show that game. State championship. Let's go!!!
Josey will never be as good as they were.*not saying that they cant* the band was wayyy better they had DISCIPLINE. Its like the players today have no discipline they wanna be great but dont wanna put 110% every time they hit the field. "If you wanna look good in front of thousands, then you have to outwork in front of nobody." ~Damian Lillard
I see me!!! We had so much fun although it seemed like hell at times😂
Who was drummajor that year who graduated and went to JSU in 2002?
Do you have the clip of them playing around against Josey I'll pay for it
I betcha Doc got it! I’m gone make the old man come up off them tapes before he leave here. I guarantee you, if anybody can get em….its THEE Shirley Robinson aka his favorite female trumpet player!😜😉
WOW! I LOVE IT! Thank you for sharing this video! I am an alum of George P. Butler High School. Some friends and I were just sitting here reminiscing about how difficult it was to get the school to allow dance girls in our high school band. Prior to my graduating class, there were no dance girls in Butler's band. This really made my day that the Butler band is still an awesome band after we graduated. I am also happy it has evolved and advanced. I am sure other than my school year, the faculty advisor, the very first dance girls, the principal, and Mr. Butler, students who came after us don't know who started the petition and fight that finally got it approved to add dance girls to George P. Butler's band. Even though the idea of dance girls had been rejected prior to my last school term, the battle for dance girls was won. I would like Butler Alums to start a reunion trivia game that invites students and families to participate. Using the following question as one of its first trivia questions, "Who fought to add dance girls to Butler's High School band?" Prizes for the correct answers will be awarded.
My school
That drum major intro though.. 🔥
Lucy Craft Laney High late 1998 to early 2001. I remember the good times about it. And the crunk school bus where the driver would play the foxy radio station each morning and afternoon.
