In reply to a very unfortunate comment by Outsideskippy1997 below that may not be seen. Yes you do mean to discredit Anna Roses's talent and in a mean and most unpleasant way as she cannot defend herself. She is amazing! Her interpretations of old masterpieces are fresh original and pure inspiration. Other dancer maybe technically en parr certainly not better but do not have the individuality of Anna Rose O'Sullivan. She should have been made a principal many years ago as she would have been if in a Russian Company. She was forced to wait, Next time try not to

She is still performing but as a Principal Guest Artist! She won’t be there as often as she has previously but it gives her more freedom! She’s just recently taken to the Royal Ballet and Opera House stage as “The Queen of Hearts” in Christopher Wheeldon’s, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland! Couldn’t agree more though on Calvin Richardson & Steven McRae! Each of them hold a wealth of talent!

I disagree! Your comment in my opinion couldn’t be further from the truth. Each of these dancers has worked incredibly hard to earn their rank and are well known throughout the world, with people travelling just to see them shine on the stage, as amazingly as they all do. I could name each Principal, as could most fans of the prestigious, Royal Ballet Company.

@helenacarvalho2596 she's come on leaps and bounds over the years and is great with her partner mathew ball. Such a great actress with such a varied repertoire. We have great dancers. Steven macrae is incredible and came back thank God from a serious injury. Dancers at the royal are so versatile. Sahra lamb is I think the oldest of the top female dancers but my God she can still put on a great performance.
He’s beautiful, and so graceful and tall. His lines are elegant and he is a real pleasure to watch. His technique is nearly perfect. And I love what I can see of his personality from the interviews. He seems to be humble and sweet. However, for me, he is just missing that secret sweet Sergei sauce that Polunin brings to the stage every time I see him dance! God bless both of them and keep them safe! 🩷🩷🩷. I can’t wait to see more of Vadim the Dream! 🥰
Polunin has a dangerous, unpredictable side. Muntagirov is saner, more grounded and less needy. Keep in mind Polunin has three tattoos of Putin across his chest. Pathetic. It speaks volumes of who is living rent free in his head. I would trust Muntagirov with the key to my home. Polunin.....are you kidding???

Hiya, Glad you like the video! They are very similar so I too, get confused sometimes! In answer to your question… I got this clip from the Royal Ballet and Opera, “Dances at a Gathering”. This particular pas de Deux is performed at the 7 minute mark of the ballet and casting sheet wise, their roles are “pink” female, “purple” male. I’ve attached a link… They are quite similar but there are some differences within the choreography and music. Music wise, Dances at a gathering compromises of 18 piano pieces by Chopin including waltz, mazurkas, and études, whereas ‘Other Dances’ is 4 Mazurkas and 1 Waltz. Choreography wise, Dances at a Gathering is more focused on humanity, relationships, and character. Whereas, Other Dances is more focused on the dancer technique and artistry.
