What a joy to watch! Matthew Ball, Principal of the Royal Ballet Company taking to the stage in the various roles in the many ballets he has taken on. Matthew Ball is a pleasure to see leaping across the stage. He has a lightness in his dancing but such strength and power in his movements! He leaps and manages to defy gravity and glide through the air, hovering! He is so athletic but with grace, elegance and poise. He is a very special dancer and I hope you enjoy watching this!

It’s easy to see why it only took 5 years from Artist to Principal! Such a wonderful dancer to watch.
Matthew is a wonderful dancer and an accomplished partner for the ballerina.
Matthew Ball is an exceptional dancer and interpretor of roles. He is such a good partner for his ballerinas. (Mayara Magri as Odile is at the height if her artistic powers!).
Love Matthew Ball! Glad he is performing leading roles now! I have watched him!

I call him sex omn legs. What a great dancer. They make a lovely couple in real life. We have some incredible dancers at the royal now we can match any other company. Wonderful dedicated humans who bring so much pleasure to so many.❤

Oh you must get around to it mate. Manon is incredible . Also look up this couple dancing a kenneth Macmillan version of the beach scene from carousel. Heavenly. Although the original with Susan lucky and jaques de amboise is heart breaking as well. We'll worth looking at I can assure you. Who needs the Russians I'm quite happy with an incredible bunch of talent at the royal oops excusing vadim muntagirov. He's become part of the English style. And another hunk.

Lucky enough to have my photo taken last night as he was in the linbury with his partner mayara in the bar. He created some great choreography for another small co. He seemed a lovely bloke. I was going into a hot sweat. Bet he felt sorry for a an oap getting late flushes. Made my night. If you go to the linbury theatre in opera house there are always mooching about its great value and often you can see top dancers doing thier own thing for peanuts. Keep looking at photo, sad old crock eh?😍
