I think a lot of the bigger, natural boss fighters suffer in this format because they aren’t getting the attention they would normally get before a boss fight. But that’s kind of the point: this is for underdogs, creatures you don’t immediately gravitate towards for a boss fight, and the standardized stats is the most scientific way to approach it

No, you’re right, they are busted. They should not have a bleed (even though that doesn’t affect bosses), and they need a higher tier of kibble. Drop the health, maybe extend the armor range, faster Stan drain, maybe even have them occasionally bite each other or something. Also, the broodmother deserves worse

Good on you for breaking free from the broodmother! Ceratosaurus isn’t as strong as a Rex, but it vastly puts ales everything else in its weight class, and that’s busted in my book. Addressing your rhyme, I have not had a Bloody Mary (I have a neurological disorder and even the alcohol in a sip of beer can kill me), but in never sounded appealing. Even if you really want booze, why that?

So, these things would be great for boss fights if WC’s programming worked?

Yup, phoenix is the forgotten creature. It exists, but for the effort necessary to tame one, it's not worth anyone's time. No saddle, low-ish health, terrible damage output, mediocre carry weight because it's a flyer so it needs balance. The only thing this is any good at is for nomadic bases, like a paracer or quetzal base, where the phoenix can act as a furnace stand in to reduce build complexity/weight from not needing a furnace and fuel. I wish they did more and could wear armour.

The mod IMPROVED PHOENIX fix this 💪

It is wild to me that they didn’t get gold, but it makes sense when they aren’t getting even half of their experience levels. As much as I prefer chalicotheriums and allosauruses, the yuty might be the most time efficient boss fighter because you would normally take a yuty into the fight anyway. Looking forward to catching up on the scorched series, bud, and thank you for the killer bars
