Ive not seen the hate yet, but no matter how solid your advice and well put together something is there is always some mouth breather with issues with good work, these videos are incredible and obviously take a lot of thought and work.
I don't get why people don't understand this is satire from the intro. It's obvious some of these creatures are not ideal, or even worthwhile using for bossing. Now, ironically, when a gold does show up, it usually comes as a surprise. I don't think anyone was surprised about the deinosuchus, but still.
Keep it up Boom, your videos are amazing. I love every one of them even if I have no interest in the dino. My only grip is one you cannot control, running out of dinos to test... Have not fired up Aberration on ASA so I have not yet tamed a Yi Ling. My Ark time has dwindled, but still love your videos!
It could be neat once the underdog list is complete to take a few and see what they can do with the gigantoraptor as an alternative. Maybe some one off episodes of strange combos, a whole team of players using the feather attack. But that's not a criticism, I love the series as is, reminds me of an old tv show 'Deadliest Warrior'. Its really fun, I want more!
Lol so... I tested it out and you can even get on some of those glowing balls in the broodmother arena. She won't even attempt to spit at you when up there.
Imo, Yi Ling Razor Feathers should affect bosses. Because A: You need to build up the feathers in order to rapture for the maximum amount of damage, B: Yi Ling can only perform 1 rapture per 30 feathers if they work how they do in the wild. Even then, it wouldn't do a lot of damage unless you had people riding the Yi Ling.
Been waiting to see how these underlings would go. Its a shame the bosses dont take damage from the feather debuffs, even at a reduced rate it'd be alright.
@@Boomsmith I got some, but I play on modded, the process is the same tho. Need good flat ground in an open area and pretty much build a reverse trap with you inside, just remember seeds and biotoxin. , its a bit of a pain but once you get it down its not too bad.
Not the best boss creatures, tbh! But... It's totally my fave taming mount! It saves me a lot of resources :D And the torpor dealt scales with their dmg. I also got my first drake's egg with my best Yi Ling. So, i can say they're useful for other things, indeed :D

He's leveled in Stam more than Dmg (but he does have 48 base points in this stat). But 2k torpor means 3 dashes on a max level spino. Raasc tried with a high dmg one. Well 6k torpor with one hit means instant KO for a spino xD Keep in mind: avoid Gigas. Their torpor goes down too fast, sadly 🙃

All that's really left from Aberration that can go in the arena is the Roll Rat of creatures that can go in boss arenas.
