The MOST Popular Graphics Card From 2014!
This dude probably tried the Phenom series, and never checked the performance again...
Should I get a rx6750xt or a 7600xt for same price
I also want to know
Would it be worth it to upgrade from a vanilla 5700 to a 6750xt? I can snag one right now for 230 locally
I dont understand why not testing it with 1440p? Shouldn’t it put more stress to the GPU hence reducing the stress on the CPU?
I should test in a gpu bound scenario for a cpu test?
I3 10100 and rtx 3060ti os a setup i did 3 yrs ago. I still using this pc and i like it. Good performance per dollar.
I think you're misrepresenting the value of these xeon CPUs. You shouldn't be buying the the used parts seperately, rather you should focus on old business workstations such as the HP Z640, which have the CPU, motherboard, 32GB DDR4,case & 900W PSU all included. Typically they can be had for less than ~$100.
I bought rx 6750 xt last june on amazon for 450 euro i dont know how much that is in dollars but its a beast n can run helldivers 2 on max at 1080 n even Ark Ascended
Hey do you happen to have a pc parts picker site for this guy? Looks sick
Shitty advice
Just a question, is a 550w psu enough for the 6750xt and 5600x?
Should be. The 5600x is fairly power efficient.
@tech_evolved Thank you!
i love my 6700 xt, videos like these only make me happier and happier with my purchase
this card is a steal at 300 usd
just picked up the xfx 6750 xt along with a corsair 650w power supply for $360 black friday deal. currently have the xfx 6600 but I game at 1440p so im hyped to install them tomorrow should be a great upgrade 🙌
Nice build. Would prefer the X3D CPUs myself and would like to see you heavily benching AAA games using this rig on Linux, as Linux is a popular choice for creators, editors, and now, thanks to the Steam Deck, gamers too.
EDIT: RX480 still going strong in 2024, heading into 2025! I picked up an RX 480 8GB (Dell OEM reference card). Was never opened or serviced and was an ex-mining card. Disassembled it fully, scrubbed down the PCB, repasted the die with Arctic MX-6, and replaced all of the crumbling thermal pads with Arctic 1mm ones. Reassembled and tested in my Linux workstation and it works flawlessly - 72C when under full load/stress tested, no stability issues, and the rotary blower fan is surprisingly quiet while gaming or rendering. Of course, this was also a huge upgrade from my RX560 2GB and the extra VRAM makes ALL the difference - in both gaming and in heavy multitasking with multiple browser tabs open and with video acceleration. For those concerned about AMD's end of life drivers on Windows, I highly recommend running this card on a modern Linux distro, even if you're a gamer. AMD's open source driver which is "baked in" to the kernel "just works" upon boot - you don't need to install it, fiddle with it, or mess with it. Moreover, this driver will be supported indefinitely for the RX480 by open source developers and is very mature for a Polaris card like the 480/580. I mostly use this card on my workstation for work and business, but I do occasionally game on it. Games like Factorio, X-Com2, Blizzard games (Starcraft 2, HOTS, etc.) run flawlessly at maximum graphical settings. For more demanding games like Diablo 4, Calypso Protocol, and Fort Solis, I can still hit a stable 60FPS with settings on medium and/or FSR enabled. Bear in mind, this is also running Windows games on Linux via Steam Proton and Wine (like the Steam Deck). Overall, if you can get one of these cards cheap and are willing to clean and repaste/pad it, and don't mind running it on Linux (in the future), it's a monster deal.
as someone currently running an RX580, i think i know what im getting lol the RX 6750XT
Yeah I do not regret my decision. This is so cool >v<
I’m currently building mine. Coming from a 1060 6gb to this. Should be amazing lol
@@Ryan-de9ox youre gonna love it lol
@@Ryan-de9oxI had a very similar jump too lol it’s amazing
@@ponod a buddy sold it to me. My Fortnite so far went from bouncing around and stuttering around 60fps or so in lowest settings to almost maxed settings at 120fps. Completely different game lol. Still have some tweaking to do and things as well but really wanted to test it out real quick.
what would be the best psu for this graphics card? I saw a coolermaster 8à plus gold 750w for 85€ is it enough for this card?
Definitely. In general it depends on other components you combined together, but even a 650W should be enough.
I got a 7800xt and have had major issues with since building the pc last week I’m of thinking getting the 4070 super
What issues ? Exactly
@ I fixed them since the comment. Had to reinstall windows and do all drivers again and it’s silky smooth now.
Working on switching softwares. Edits may be a little rough for a few videos, let me know what you think!
This video made me realize I had the speaker upside down... thanks...
No ! there a heap of crap , i brought the A770 le on release and what a let down its stuck in it box its not worth using.
I bought an A770 a month ago. No a single problem with it. All my games run smoothly (including Star Citizen 😂) and I didn't had trouble with any of the apps/games I'm using. It's not a LE tho, it an AsRock.
My old RX 5700XT and Intel I7-7700K used to be a beast 😔😔
Hello my friend, can you explain to me what the temperature of the card was, is it worth buying, and is it different from other companies?
how about dlss?
my 1660 super with 6gb is good for 4k xD
I'm thinking on selling my rx6750xt for $300 next month on Ebay after I saved to get a better one twice the price, so if anyones interested let me know I will send you the link when I post.
Yes get the Software* To overclock and get way better Latency Ms speeds. & Of course to fix or make adjustments. D-Pad not Mechanical but very good, just a bit stiff, not a problem in a 1 week or so. 2 Back M1 M2 buttons (Programmable to do any move) & Turbo. For 40 or less is a great bargain*
I pair this with GeForce now
If you're going to buy an X99 Xeon, make it one of the real beasts. Mine's an E5-2699 v3, 18 cores at 2.7 GHz base. Single-thread work loads are so-so, but running all 36 threads is impressive. I paid <$50 shipped, and it looks brand new. Use a real quad channel board for best results. I ran a 6850K in my Asus X99 Deluxe II board for many years, and if this Xeon doesn't work out, I'll drop it back in. So far, so good. Typing this reply on it.
Overclocking e cores to above 4 GHz is a bad idea all around. You are better off overclocking the P cores and increasing the cache (ring) instead. AMD doesn’t have any trouble competing with Intel there buddy. You’ve got that bass ackwards.
I have the RX6700xt version of this card, couldn't be happier
just got one today for $330 brand spanking new... the supply is very limited so get one while you can
Idk most of this stuff..I’m here for the algorithm😂 good quality video tho
It's good for story mode games but when the direct storage comes out it's not good for that I am not good for FPS game
i picked up a legion go Last friday, so far i put a Dbrand skin & screen protector on it, 512gb micro SD card, and few other goodies i got for it. beast device, i own it , a 512gb steam Deck , and OLED Ps vita
@Tech Evolved would you recommend me to buy the i3 14100f rather than the i7 7700k in 2024 if I have a motherboard that supports it? Or should I buy a motherboard and a cpu? I need obs and Minecraft to run without any lag and I think my i5 6400 can't carry both. The lag ruins my game.
I have a Ryzen 5 7600 would this card work with my processor (I’m not a pc expert)
Look up gpu and cpu compatibility
What version of windows are you running?
thanks
is 12th gen affected of the instability issues too?
Nope. I've only seen 13th and 14th gen issues reported
do i need to undervolt my i5 14600kf or no?
I would just make sure your bios is updated. Undervolt it if you want more efficiency.
Freaking w!ZaRD! Well Done Sir!
My build must be rather lopsided. I currently have a 4070 ti with a 7700k. It's a theatre pc build so it gets hand-down parts. Admittedly the most modern game I throw at it is Horizon Forbidden West and at max settings it's keeping up, but my TV currently can only do 60hz.
Upgrading to this from a rx 580
me too. im so excited. upgrading my cpu as well
same man
Same bro im excited, how was the change?
@@MrKerekezI’m not one of them but the change was amazing for me. Upgraded from a ryzen 3600 and rx 580 to a 5500 and 6750xt. Just played BO6 on extreme settings and got 155-165 fps, on balanced settings it reached over 200 fps
This was an amazing upgrade from the single fan 2060 my prebuilt came with. Also upgraded from the Ryzen 3600 to the 5900x and from a b450 motherboard to an x570s and its basically an entirely different machine. Best part is that i got the motherboard used and the processor on sale so the entire upgrade was less than $500. Glad i didn't pull the trigger on the RTX 30 series or even the 40 series when they first came out, the hype wasnt worth the prices.
But can it play arc ascended?
Is this gpu discontinued someone said it was
nice build I am surprised that temps are pretty decent for such a small case
You just got an easy subscriber, absolute fire build, love your content hope you hit 100k subscribers in less than a year
Fans are oriented for intake or outtake?
outake. The CPU and GPU are intaking directly from vents
