Aww thank you. I just came out of an 18 year marriage with extremely severe anxiety, depression and heartache from all his lies manipulations and more. I had been praying about it and I also felt that God had abandoned me. Suicidal attempt but I didn't die and I think God didn't allow that to happen. I couldn't have my children because I felt that I was so damaged emotionally and mentally. And my family kept telling me that I have gone crazy especially when I cry a lot and lock myself in the room. No support at all and I'm tired of it.

That's lovely, but make sure you get plenty of rest and personal time. Don't hesitate to have other people or your husband support you more. There really is no easy way to recover from burnout.

Great video but a mire in-depth one would be appreciated. I have been able to grow my nails long but I can never make them last. One will chip and then I cut the rest shorter.

As a male, I share some of your pain and confusion. I am a man of faith; God's love is the hope I have. Haven said that, I find myself in desperate times of confusion and disappointment. I know God is my savior, but my human emotions take me into some dark places I am not familiar with. I have seemed help and yet I don't seem to bring back the happiness I once knew. I have great friends and family companions and support. I still feel empty without what I thought I had. I think about her all the time. Like I always did. Only now, I think of negative thoughts and disappointment. I am shocked to know the reality of my best friend. At times, I question my level of awareness. I don't trust her; I don't trust myself.

i’m so glad i stubbed upon this video. thank you for sharing your story. my story is so similar to yours! we just started the divorce process & although I feel really sad about it- i also have peace. not to say it doesn’t hurt. i wish we could fix things but i’m trusting God to help me through this separation. Looking forward to the light at the end of the tunnel!

Why did you get married if you had commitment issues & were going to divorce? Why? Emotionally unstable & trigger happy? Obviously your decision making is flawed & your mind had brought you to misery instead of happiness? Whatever your intelligence was telling you was also obviously completely wrong & now you must pay the price for your own decision making blunders! Remember the only person responsible for whatever experience you are having is YOU! It is an opportunity to reflect on your shortcomings & improve yourself (now that you are a fully damaged woman with misery baggage) & that may take some time... maybe a lifetime! Lets get on it & make the changes you need to live a happier life! You cannot blame others or the external world. Your life is the result of your own choices & doing! Good luck & bon voyage!
