That couple who adopted a child just to split up gets on my nerves, to give a a child whos already had a rough start to life the promise of stability and a brighter future only to put them through another traumatic event is awful, if they werent commited to eachother how could they have thought they would be able to commit to a child together. Even if they are wonderful parents individually (and kudos to them if they are) the splitting up of parents is always going to be at least slightly traumatic no matter how civil, if one had adopted as a single parent then that would be fine, great even, my issue is not with them parenting on their own, its adopting a child *together* and then throwing that family the child had gotten used to completely out the window

i had a sleeve done 10 years ago lost 400 lbs now 10 years out and have kept most of it off beating the odds... I get so angry at some of these people being lazy or not doing that the doc asks of them..... I had to lose 85 lbs for my surgeon to be qualified. as well as pass through a whole team of people each one signing off on me before i got cut.

I need to lose 100lbs and it's stressful

Food was always my comfort because of child trauma. I tried many diets, and tried them over and over and blaming my body for not giving me the right results. But now, after I’m almost done recovering from a motorcycle accident, I had to fix myself within to compensate for the broken body. Let’s just say that I wish I did that before because now I love myself and make better choices because of it. Started intermittent fasting a couple of times, 1st with an 8hr window, then in a 4hr, then omad, and now it’s mostly keto whenever I do eat and sometimes I don’t eat at all. Am I hungry? Yes, mostly, but that’s about all that’s annoying. Watching the scale go down like 12lbs in 10 days is insane ❤ For everyone out there still failing at dieting, fix the inside and the rest will follow ❤
