Well it was a 50 /50 Collab. In the first place to control what Electric Callboy would serve them and as they later learned where the song went, they had so many additional Elements due to the very active Karaoke Scene in Japan. So I would be very careful hiw this song was planned. We must not forget this is after Version 22. Electric Callboy was shocked because normally they have a song in Version 6 or 7. But as Nico mentioned Hours after the release of this song it already broke the records of all Songs that Babymetal and Electric Callboys ever produced and as they realised after the first stage tests it worked well on Stage. A crucial Element for Babymetal, since they only earn money for performing the song. It was quite obvious during the Festival Season. If both were in place They played this song in both their Slots, in Electric Callboy wirh the Electric Callboy Band and in Babymetal with Kamiband West. If they were not in place Electric Callboy dropped the song completly, while Babymetal played to a Video Backdrop from Foxfest.

Well, I will say that this is better than the last time - of course, almost anything would have been better than the last time. 😁 Nevertheless, it would seem there is still a lot of room for improvement but I gave you a thumbs up for sheer effort: that's something I have to recognize and respect. An epic collab to be sure, and an incredible song; it sounds like it could be in a Disney animated musical. This was a 50/50 collab. BabyMetal does have the higher, clean vocals, but they are just as metal. For EC, try We Got The Moves or Hypa Hypa. For BabyMetal, try Monochrome Live at PIA arena (which is newer) and/or Headbanger from the Legend of 1997 concert (which is older). Electric Callboy is amazing live, but they are known for their awesome, funny, off the wall videos (like this one, they made it) and those should generally be consumed first to have context for their on-stage antics. BabyMetal is, with few exceptions, best consumed *live.* They are the best live show on earth, so while their videos are often pretty neat, much of the time, their songs are written with the live performance in mind, and that's where they shine. Beware compilation videos. There are one or two that are well done, but the majority are not, and all it will do it ruin your first exposure to a song. Welcome to the Fox Hole! Funny you mention helloween, they actually do an amazing cover of eagle fly free by helloween and the guitarist miyako does a beautiful cover of the same song with a piano cover.

Generally, drummers have fewer opportunities to be in the spotlight than lead guitarists and vocalists. However, in each of the LOVEBITES live videos released from last year (2023) to this year, it seems that there are more scenes capturing Haruna's heroic figure. Also, it seems that the audio has been edited so that the drum sound can be heard more clearly than before. The new Blu-ray that arrived yesterday (August 27th, Japan time) contains a nearly two-minute drum solo by Haruna, so I think she is getting even more attention. One of the favorite M&M songs that they love to perform LIVE. BTW Helloween is one of Haruna/drums favorite bands and they did a cover of Eagle Fly Free during the COVID lock-down (Miyako also did a sensational piano cover of the song that is stunning to experience). Here we get the insane LIVE talent this band is so well known for. They often surprise but NEVER disappoint especially LIVE. Miyako was 4/5 months pregnant during this show and still rocked out on piano, guitar, synth and keytar. This show was amazing but Asami and Haruna really shined as this was the dead venue COVID show where only clapping was allowed from a socially distant and 50% capacity crowd.

Welcome to LOVEBITES 🤘🏼🐺🔥 Here some information about them: The band was formed in 2016 by original bassist Miho and drummer Haruna. Their first EP and album both were released in 2017. So far LOVEBITES have already recorded 4 full length studio albums, in addition some EPs and Singles and a bunch of live albums, available on CD and DVD/Blu-ray. In 2018 LOVEBITES won the Metal Hammer UK Golden Gods Award for best new band. LOVEBITES have toured in Europe back in 2018/2019 and also recently in 2024. Welcome to Lovebites, the Wolfpack 🐺 Lovebites fans around the world will be along to give you information and recommendations. Lovebites are a Japanese heavy metal band, named for a song by HaleStorm, 'Love Bites (so do I)' and formed in 2016 by Miho, Bass, who was previously in a band called Destrose that broke up in 2015. They take much of their influence from the 1970's and 80's British and European bands such as Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Metallica. Miho is a big fan of Steve Harris, bass player with Iron Maiden and is influenced by his playing style. She left the band in 2021 for personal reasons and is currently pursuing new projects. Any Lovebites video recorded in 2021 or earlier, the basist will be Miho, any from 2022 or later, it is 'new girl' Fami. Shadowmaker is one of Lovebites earliest songs, and it helped them get their record contract. The present members are, Asami, Vocals and Piano. She trained in Ballet Dancing and before Lovebites was a R&B singer. She writes many of the lyrics and sings in English, not easy for a native Japanese speaker. Midori, ESP Guitars. The blond 'Amazon Warrior' Miyako, Dean and Gibson Guitars, Piano and Keyboards. The 'serious' one with long black hair. She is a classically trained pianist who writes much of the music, often incorporating classical themes into her compositions. She recently posted a 3 part series on her YT channel 'MIYAKO OFFICIAL' about the process she uses to compose new music in her home studio. She has an EP of some classic heavy metal songs transcibed and played on piano as though they are classical works. It would be accurate to think of her as a classical pianist who also plays guitar in a heavy metal band. A remarkable young woman. Both Guitarists play lead, seamlessly swapping lead and rhythm as required. They play wonderful harmonised dual solos. Fami, Bass. The 'new girl', recruited as replacement for Miho in late 2022 when she was 20 years old and still at university. She has her own YT channel that has nearly 700,000 subs. Check out her 'Alien Alien' Slap Bass cover from when she was about 16. Haruna, Drums. The 'Little BIG Engine'. a tiny lady, 1.45 meters tall, who is the power house that drives the band. Before Lovebites she had been in Destrose, Miho's former band, and was the first to join her in the new band. I saw Lovebites live in London recently, and watched Haruna in awe. She plays powerfully, fast and precisely throughout concerts that can be up to near 2 hours long. All members of the band can play piano/keyboards. They were the first all female Japanese band to play at the Wacken festival, Germany in 2018, also playing at the Bloodstock festival in the UK and winning the UK Metal Hammer Golden Gods award for best new band. In 2019 they toured the UK with Dragon Force and opened for Arch Enemy in China. Following Miho's departure in 2021 they went on hiatus, two members, Asami and Miyako getting married and having babies. Their 'comeback' concert, the first with Fami on Bass, was in March 2023. Another Japanese band to try is Bridear, they've been around a while (with a few line-up changes) and just dropped a new album (Born Again) at the end of June. How can you say this song sounds more like Band-Maid, if you yourself admit that you have barely listened to them and don't even know the names of their members?😐 In fact the general structure of the song, the tempo and its chorus sound much more like The Warning... there are some traces of Band-Maid, but not as much as I would have liked. In many B-M songs you usually find a lot of guitar riffs, a very aggressive double bass drum and long guitar solos with finger tapping licks... here, there is none of that.😯 The song to tell the truth seems quite short and flat to me, with nothing worth writing home about, plus I think that Saiki unnecessarily oversings her solo parts.😕 I am a Band-Maid fan, but I am a demanding fan, and this song is not at the level of most of their work, not bad neither great.😕

Thats how Nightwish got noticed and became big, was because of the symphonic Metal/Opera with Tarja's unique voice. Tuomas (keyboards) founder along with Tarja and Emmpu (guitarist) also as co-founders. Tuomas was going toward acoustic/folk with female singer, but when asked Tarja to join the band and heard her sing, he and the guys were shocked of how dramatic and powerful her voice and took a different direction and that's how Nightwish was born otherwise if it wasn't for Tarja's voice, this band wouldn't have existed nor doors open for other singers. This band got famous because of the combination of Metal/Opera with Tarja voice which works so well. Tuomas and Tarja know each other since the age of 12 and from same town and school. The only did one show together, and i was there! All I can say is, i cried!

According to an interview in Billboard Kanami wrote the original demo and sent it to the Warning who made changes. The song kept going back and forth with input from both bands but it wasn't until The Warning arrived in Japan that the piece really came together. I hope Band-Maid returns the favor and does another collaboration with The Warning that's included on their next album.

NOTHING went wrong. because their all on the low to no ego spectrum. attitude... yes there is a bit of that, because after 10 years they both have multiple albums and tours that let them know what they need to know about the business, also they are friends they all actually like each other and are fans of each other

How it happened, Kanami started the composition process then presented it to the rest of BM who contributed their parts. They then presented it to TW who had a back and forth with BM over the details. TW arrived in Japan about two weeks before their scheduled joint performance in Tokyo to sight see and rehearse the song for the performance as well as the studio recording and music video. A lot done in a short span, but the song was written via collab over the Internet before TW arrived in Japan. There will be a second collab and a second performance in Mexico where TW will take the lead. It may be a song in Spanish. Nothing has been locked down on it as far as we know. Both bands have new albums to promote on tours, so the logistics of being together and having enough time to pull this off again will dictate how soon it might be.

Your suspicion is incorrect. They talked about the entire writing process in a billboard interview. It was worked on by both bands before they got to Japan. The basic structure of the song was composed by Band Maid, but everyone very much collaborated on the product
