That Miltank was no joke. I felt I was both lucky and unlucky in this one. Unlucky because that Clefairy clearly graduated from "Clefairy says" with it's control over it's Metronome's. It's first usage of Metronome turned out to be a type that Bayleef was weak against. Then I was lucky when Clefairy's Doubleslap missed, and likely led to the win. There will be two battles with Blue. In Pokemon Red/Blue, Blue is not Viridian City's Gym Leader. Instead it is Giovanni. Blue in Red/Blue is the Rival to the player, and he ends up being the Champion before the player takes that title away shortly after. In Gold/Silver, Blue is now Viridian City's Gym Leader, taking over from Giovanni. Because this battle is based off of Red/Blue, the Viridian...

This is somewhat of a mini series where we face the Gym Leaders from Red and Blue, but this time it's in Stadium 2. The opponent teams will be identical to there Red and Blue counterparts in terms of level and Pokemon. The only difference is that the opponent teams will have max EV and DV's. To further honour Gen 1 Gym Leaders, Pokemon are now banned from using items, and they are not allowed t...

How do you edit the teams?
I use a memory editor called Cheat Engine.
....... 3:33. 😮 ....
Round 2 Whitney was more threatening if that was a Gengar and Alakazam then that would have made it a challenge
That would all depend on the trainer those two Pokemon would have. Sometimes even though you may think a more powerful Pokemon would be a better option. Those more powerful Pokemon would have move sets that would suit the tactics of the trainer.
@@PokeRush415 in modern gameplay I agree, however in this game, there’s no Evite so that greatly limits the middle forms here then again I’m a competitive player so there’s that to take a new account for my response
Why did you use zap cannon on electrode?
I tried to paralyse him to lower his speed but then he used substitute. That meant that I had to deal enough damage to break his substitute, so I then used Earthquake. Plus, when the opposing teams detect a negative type match up, they may switch to another Pokemon. The new Pokemon likely would've been hit by the Zap Cannon, paralysing that Pokemon.
@@PokeRush415 ok that makes sense
Cool. Love Johto gym leaders
Hax
Modified as stated.
This in my opinion might be the best Pokémon game. The announcer, the mannerisms of the Pokémon… I was legit an addicted elementary kid when this game dropped. Also epic music.
I noticed there were a lot C-Hits in this battle, but one question, did you increase the ratio on Cheat Engine also? 🤔
The critical hits where not modified, but some moves did have there accuracy increased. The only way critical hits would've been increased, is if the critical hit ratio is some how tied to accuracy. I've never looked into it, but that's the only way I could see critical hits increasing.
Janine easy trainer to be like brock
What if The Powerpuff Girls had a Pokémon Team
This is the coolest thing I've ever seen, how did you customize the battle?
This isn't really a mod as I used a memory editor to do all of this. All of the modifications are done post boot, so no fixed modifications to the actual game have been made. The downside to this though, is that it relies heavily on save states or conditional scripts.
@@PokeRush415 Where do you get the memory editor from to download?
@@TheGodmasterX I use a memory editor called Cheat Engine. You should be able to get it from it's official website if you search "cheat engine".
@@PokeRush415 Is Cheat Engine very easy to use?
@TheGodmasterX It will come down to how much one knows about scripting. Knowing how the memory of the game you're editing behaves. It's not so difficult tracking down simple values, but when those values you find move around every time you start the game, (Not because of the memory editor, but because of the game) it will become more difficult to use regardless of the editor. Tracking down encrypted values almost feels like a different thing all together. These values are not even represented by there real in game numbers, so you will never find that value with a normal scan. Instead, you will need to search deeper in the games memory to track it down, requiring more knowledge of cheat engines tools.
This is a very cool awesome mod, where did you get it from? 🎮💯
Poor Tyranitar.
Good match

But who change the music imposible
Some of the music was from the same competition and from the same battle, but from Stadium 1
Lady Luck was on this guy’s side. His Thunders never missed and always paralyzed. Also always landed those hydro pumps and zap cannons
It wasn't luck when I have stated earlier in the playthrough that the accuracy for Thunder, Blizzard, Hydro Pump, Dynamicpunch, Fire Blast, Zap Cannon all had there base accuracy increased. Also in this video there's a reason why Mewtwo opts to use Thunder and Fire Blast instead of Psychic, and that's because the opponent detects the increased accuracy of those moves, so it uses them. The chance of a Pokemon becoming paralyzed outside of Zap Cannon and Thunder Wave was not modified.
Hacking on an absolute retro classic is foul dude
This is literally no different than using a gameshark or xplorer for an N64, Why ? Because in both instances you're modifying the game. When a group of people decide to go back to an old game because it might have had bugs or perhaps it wasn't that challenging, and then removing those bugs and making it more challenging. That would be modifying the game. Hacking a game to create modifications which are then used to attack other players is one thing. Modifying a game to make it more challenging and perhaps fix glitches is another. Tarnishing both with the same brush is foul. Might as well call out every single remaster and remake of older games that's ever been released, because there's been instances of remasters and remakes having increased difficulty options. Something that the original releases didn't have. Again, modifying the game.

Amazing 👏
Quick question is it possible to max out both ivs and evs in pokemoon sword aandd shield or scarllet on violet without be detected for illegal pokemon
Sorry bro, I can't really answer that question as I kind of stopped playing the Pokemon games after Colosseum and XD. I've played through Diamond once and that was the latest Pokemon game I've played through. Maybe I can sort of answer your question based on what I've learnt from other games. It may be possible to modify a Pokemon's EV's and DV's in Sword and Shield or Scarlett and Violet without that Pokemon being detected as illegal, but it may require you to find those values in memory. Based on what I've briefly seen from Gen 3, it could simply mean that there is a soft cap or a points allocation system that gets distributed to a Pokemon's stat experience. When those points run out, the stats won't increase any further. Trying to set all stats to have 255 stat experience will flag that Pokemon as being illegal as the max points allocation would've been far exceeded.
This is crazy, hoow did u do that
Can you tell me what mod your using please. Because I know for a fact that theres no such thing of Pokemon Stadium 2 Round 3.
This isn't a mod, this is my own modified version of Round 2. But because the rules are different such as... 6 VS 6, opponent teams have max EV and DV's, Legendary Pokemon can appear and the Level 70 Prime Cup competition, I've called it Round 3.
@@PokeRush415 do you have any thought of having others being able to download your modification of this so others can play pokemon stadium 2 round 3? or show others how to make a similar mod based on you version?
@@TeanGreatCappy The modifications are made post boot (Original Stadium 2), so they are done through scripting, or live modifications. Though I have previously said that I may do a tutorial someday. Ultimately, a persons ability to modify the game from within memory, comes down to how much that person knows about scripting, within whatever memory editor they use. The blueprint for all this was actually created over 20 years ago, when the ID's for Pokemon, move slots, moves, items and maxed EV and DV's where all found. Everything was there, I just moved existing values for them to be used in different parts of the game.
Crazy this mewtwo broke the 4th wall like in the anime having use more than 4 moves, now thats scary question my friend is it possible to put a generation 3 pokemon stadium 2 by modifying like a legendary pokemon, that would be overkill like re write the data
Bringing Generation 3 Pokemon into Generation 2, I'm guessing it is not a simple task. There stats are calculated differently in Gen 3 compared to Gen 2, because Pokemon have 31 DV's and not 15. They also made other changes, such as altering what represents 15, and changing the max bytes. The animations for those Gen 3 Pokemon would need to be added, as they wouldn't exist in Gen 2. Then you've got the situation with the announcer. The Gen 3 Pokemon wouldn't have any recorded voice dialogue, so the announcer wouldn't say anything when they enter battle.
Awesome job this is awesome hack and and great series thanks so much for finishing this can't wait to see round 4:)
Absolutely all the 5 strongest pokemon of generation 1 and 2 now that's what I expect the rival to have....this is once in a life time battle
This is super awesome that you did this and finally finished this beautiful game and i really do love your round 3 ideas💡
lol 😂 no way The enemy Mewtwo is way too powerful that way 😅 Just buff them with their natural max stats and add Snorlax on every team. It’s ur hack in the end - but do let us know when u plan to release this ?
This Mewtwo won't likely have a Spl Attack of 550 in another Round. It was merely a showcase to see it's damage output. The idea actually came from Gen 3 Pokemon. If you add all the best "Natures" that a Pokemon has together, the stats are wild. On a combined "Natured" Mewtwo, it's Defence, Spl Defence and Speed are all greater than this Mewtwo. Deoxys in it's attack form with a Special boosting nature has a Spl Attack of 504. Ok it's not this Mewtwo, but still very powerful.
@PokerRush415 you like a wizard basically never seen nothing like this question can you modified stadium 2 to a point to have generation 3 pokemon or later generation in the game are is that impossible since those data doesn't existed I swear I pay you to do that to my pokemon stadium 2 to modify it...I live in new york man you changing game of pokemon you are amazing for that man keep up the good work people don't understand how crazy this is wow
@@Derellrassy87 Sorry this is a long reply. I wouldn't say it was impossible, but the work needed to be done in order to get Gen 3 Pokemon down into a previous Generation I think would be very difficult, but again, I don't think impossible. The new moves that those Pokemon will learn in Gen 3 would need to be stripped out. Then perhaps any new animations that were added for those new moves in Gen 3 would need to be stripped out also, because you would just have those animations sitting there with no use. It's wasted memory. Then you've got the situation with the Pokemon cry's. After Gen 2, GameFreak removed all of the realistic Pokemon cry's from the Stadium games, and then replaced them with the cry's from the GB Games. If you play Pokemon Colosseum and Pokemon XD, you can hear the Pokemon use the GB Pokemon cry's. All of the cry's for those Gen 3 Pokemon would need to be altered or completely redone, to suit the realistic Stadium cry's. There would also be no recorded voice dialogue from the announcer for those Gen 3 Pokemon. Then you have the situation with there stats. After Gen 2, GameFreak (From what I recall) made an alteration to a Pokemon's genetics in 2 ways. In memory for Gen 1 & 2, FF (HEX) would represent 15, which is what a Pokemon's max genetics would be. But actually in (HEX), FF is actually 255. In Gen 1 & 2 the byte structure for Genetics is 2 bytes, meaning if a Pokemon has max genetics, in memory it will look like FF FF. Again, this value represents 15 in Gen 1 & 2's genetics. In Gen 3 they changed not only the max bytes but also what represents 15. Unlike before, 15 is no longer FF but instead 0F. This is the real value of 15 in (HEX). This now allows the value to be modified beyond 15. If you input FF for genetics in Gen 3, you will have a Pokemon Genetics exceed 15 and instead be a monstrous 255 :). With the change to the max bytes, in Gen 3 it is now 4 bytes instead of 2. This may have been because even in Gen 2, Spl Attack and Spl Defence still shared the same bytes. Even though they are different stats, in memory they were not properly split. Not sure if this would be the biggest hurdle in trying to get Gen 3 Pokemon into Pokemon Stadium 2.
Add Snorlax on this battle - to make it more challenging Mew needs a weak swords dance set - it’s not that scary without swords dance Celebi seems fine as it is does it know psychic ?
I think Celebi had Psychic, I'm not to sure. I know it was holding Miracle Seed, which is why it's Giga Drain was so powerful. As for Snorlax, I was contemplating adding another Pokemon to this battle, but Snorlax was already in the first battle. If I did add another Pokemon it wouldn't have likely been Snorlax. Machamp was also in my team. With the introduction of cross chop in Gen II, and a Machamp with black belt, it can pretty much one hit KO a Snorlax.
Why would he add snorlax, he using 5 legendary god/mythical pokemon why would use a non legendary especially when your arrival only use the strongest legendary and mythical pokemon...you make no sense its all about the move pool lugia should have learn blizzard for zapdos instead or ice beam
@PokerRush415 lol don't listen to him the 5 god legendary/mythical pokemon was the only way to go...this is one for the ages thanks my friend
@@Derellrassy87Snorlax is the best Pokémon ever in Gen 2. There’s no reason not to use the big lug. Even much much more threatening then all 5 legendaries .
@bryanc1772 not when it go up against lugia one and one or a fighting type like machamp even mewtwo on hoho would overcome him...again the rival is a legendary trainer he wants you all the god pokemon that's the whole point I am making...if he had snorlax might as well use normal pokemon...that battle only make sense if it was these pokemon for a rival that use the strongest pokemon I don't what will
That was heated battle my friend, I am so happy didn't keep switching out...that's the perfect final with the rival I was expecting....the 5 God legendary/mythical pokemon that rival would have this shit is awesome no lie
can you release this to the public?
This wasn't a rom hack, it was a heavily modified Round 2. I do hope one day I can extract all of the values and input them into a functioning rom. Even as this is now, it would still be very much an incomplete and unstable rom hack. There is still many things that have to be altered.
No entiendo porque ese starmie tiene recuperación si es un cañon de papel, debería tener rayo hielo
That was earlier on in Round 3. Later in the Round I swapped out recovery for Rest, plus if I had given Starmie an ice attack it would've been to offensive, but there is a flip side to that. I didn't have any ice output in this team for this battle. I know Tyranitar can learn Ice Beam, so maybe that would've been the better option. I took that risk of not having any ice Pokemon or moves in my team.
😊 amazing
Awesome 👌🏽 👌🏽 👌🏽
I have a heart attack wow what 😱 i love it
Amazing ❤❤😊😢
lemmie tell you Doc. don't take Erika lightly! she's my favorite Kanto leader and she is a dirty trickster! in the vanilla Stadium 2 she'll use sleep tactics and drain your health worse than Dracula sucks your blood!...her Vaporeon is there to keep you from using FIRE to beat her the fast way which is pretty clever actually. her Chansey is not just bulky but also is there to keep you honest about using FLYING and POISON types with blizzard and Psychic as you witnessed...so again don't take her lightly cause she is a DIIRRRTY trickster! graceful demeanor my butt there's nothing graceful about what she's doing!
I like your pokemon set up. Tho i dont like to judge but Dondon shouldve have rockslide then Zap cannon
Even though it would make sense to give Rhydon "Rock Slide" because of it's STAB and high physical. The moves I choose are also dependent on other Pokemon in my party. In this case Tyranitar had "Ancientpower". If Tyranitar was not in my team then I would've likely gave Rhydon "Rock Slide", and considering I didn't have a "Steel" type, I felt like I needed to have some kind of "Steel" output in my team.
So when will you show all the rest of round 3 plus the rival battle?
I will eventually do a battle with Rival but there will be 2 battles.
This is awesome I can't wait to see the last 3 of your videos your the best playthrough pokemon channel on TH-cam and I love the idea of round 3 and thankyou so much for responding to me:)
Hey when will you show the rest of round 3 or at least the rival battle of round 3?
I dont like the battle music in this game. None of it fits

WHY THE HELL CANT ANY EMULATOR GET THE POKEBALL RIGHT?!?!
15:14 *Hyrdo Pump! It's Super-Effective!*
Very suspicious that you hit every move that has 50% hit chance.
It's not when I've pointed out in an earlier video that moves with a decreased base accuracy had there accuracy increased.
the really "suspicious" thing is the illegal moves of Lance's pokèmon.
@@nintenzard3192 That was pointed out earlier in the playthrough where I stated that Pokemon in Round 3 would get illegal moves. Later on in Round 3 I decided to take the illegal moves away from the Pokemon, because I felt it would go against the purpose of having 6 V 6. That's why later in the Round you see Pokemon with legal move sets.
Can you upload the room with the round 3 please? 🥺
This is not a Rom Hack as of yet, as this was the normal Rom with scripts through memory editing. I created pools with percentages, for certain Pokemon, with certain move sets to appear at certain points in Round 3.
Uhm, so its mean you cannot share for the rest of us?
@@glazulrichulrich4334 I said "As of yet"
honesly round 4 made kaizo
Round 4 might be insane because I was thinking about having Pokemon with stats that are completely unbound to their genetics and EV'S, meaning Pokemon can have insane stats like a Mewtwo with an absolute colossal Special Attack of 550. A Rhydon with a Physical Attack of well over 400. A Steelix with an astronomical Defence of around 700. I think it would be more difficult than Kaizo.
Nice
