There is fear, being afraid, and then there are anxiety disorders. People on the autism spectrum for example cannot understand others, required behaviours at all and the world becomes terrifying. About the only way you can cope is though the use of sedatives every day. Try supporting a family, studying at night though all that. When you anxiety is sever and disabling it is very hard to get relief.
