Any chance you have a macro for this?

Hey i'm a lot more casual, are there any macro's I could find that would help with this?

trying to practice this rn. i think im trasnferring the eager edge, but whenever i blink after using the grapple melee i lose all of my momentum

The upside; you get a really sick momement tech. The downside; you need to use blink...

I just can't seem to store EE on my character, my grapple melees on ground are just normal grapple melees Edit: Just hit one! Definitely some muscle memory to build but that was fantastic.

Can warlock do this too? Atleast the blink/grapple part (since Warlock doesnt have ascension)?

edit- If anyone else is trying to make macros for this, make two separate macros. one for getting the eager edge buff, and another for the grapple tech. the only inputs I need to do myself are (Look down and the blink accension combo) it still takes a lil practice, but I can do this consistently using way less inputs... I used the Logitech software to set this up using two mouse buttons but I think it would work well on other software as well.

I manage to do it consistently but it looks like I've only got half the speed, I barely get to the spot at 7:29 using the grappling hook at the end. I probably miss something

If this doesn't get fixed I'm buying Final Shape in June

For everyone losing momentum after the first set of blinks/ascension - HOLD FORWARD THE ENTIRE WAY THROUGH YOUR GRAPPLE/BLINKS/ASCENSION. I felt like a donut once I figured that out

For some reason, it’s not working for me anymore? I was able to do it fluidly a day ago, but now after blinking the first time to get Eager Edge to proc, the Eager Edge buff doesn’t stay and the grapple command stops.

For this specific application, high mobility doesn't actually make you blink farther. Blink is a fixed multiplier to your velocity to find an end position. So higher mobility makes it go farther in normal gameplay not by making the blink itself better, but by increasing your base jump velocity. (it's still important for class regen here though).

im not really a big blink user and im running into the issue that it just wont let me blink a second time on the third set, so i do 2 blink, ascension, 2 blink, ascension and then i can only do 1 blink? i can get to the midpoint pretty consistently but more often than not a missing blink prevents me from reaching the end but also my speed seems to vary a lot, sometimes i almost get to the end and sometimes i barely get to the midpoint with the same amount of blinks and ascensions, are we sure that dragging on the floor does not change the speed, cause it feels like it....otherwise any tips for what might be the issue are welcome lol

fun fact, bungie doesn't add too contents to destiny, because destiny players are creating the content themselves.

this is cool but don't think it's ever gonna get used due to the absurd amount of loadout investment needed to make it good, and being "faster" doesn't make it practical at all

BTW, the tech also works if you replace the blink for Mask of Bakris, this is just if you don't want to be running around the whole time with blink. it's a bit of a give and take as obvs won't have the blink and and ascension but still useful to know
