CH has not understood a diam. What about the thorax? the base of the neck? the pelvis? riding BTV the horse will never engage the thorax and create carriage. he never talks about the biomecanics, inside the horse

The second horse in particular is in such a terrible state of hyperflexion I'm amazed he can move forward at all. I'm ashamed that the USDF is hailing this as something to strive for.

Four years old is too young to do intensive movements like that. There’s a reason classical dressage horses are not started until they’re 8 years old, when they’ve reached full strength. As usual, this type of riding is all about the money, and rushing young horses before they’re ready. She needs to spend a lot of time on a longe line. In Germany, maybe with a Bereiter. Or try getting that degree herself

She’s not a great rider, she’s got terrible hands, very heavy. Posts off her hands. She’s no Reiner Klimke, that’s for sure. The horse knows his job but she more than likely has other people riding him for her. Olympic dressage is much like Olympic figure skating. Prizes awarded based on favouritism rather than real skill. At least jumping is more honest, if you’re no good it’s going to show immediately, and I really wonder about riders who decide to stick with only dressage. Klimke and his daughter both jumped as well as dressage, same as eventers do. Appalling hands.

Is it me, or is horse's tongue out at 1.07? And 3.34. And 4.51. (I watched another of her classes and that horse had it's tongue out....unless I'm seeing things!) And nearly all the time, the horse/s have their head behind the verticle. I couldn't watch any more of a young 4y/o behind the verticle the whole time.

they should start with training at age 4 years old. They should not train it hard, while it is a kid - the bones are to young and the weight of the rider is to heavy for the too young horse. They train it so young only that they can sell him for a high price

I was at this event and I've disliked her since this day! She was rude, obnoxious, full of self importance, passive aggressive to the demo riders and arrogant. I left early as I'd had enough of her and I wasn't alone in doing so. She deserves everything she has coming to her
