The fan is blowing inwards and not outwards as shown in the advertisement picture. -If you remove the fan inside the machine, you will find that our fan is blowing outward, not inward. The reason the airflow is very noisy is because the air speed is too fast, if you slow down the air speed it will reduce the noise, but it will affect the cooling performance. Можно. На TH-cam поищите доделку вашего аналога + RS232 порт. Плата уже готовая из КИтая. Только провода перепаять и всё будет работать. Вы тем самым сделаете сами RS232 порт для своего блока питания.

Вы раньше давали ссылку на Алибабу, где этот блок продают. Сейчас посмотрел там цену - $67.68. По курсу это - 6222 руб. Почему бы и на AE не продавать по этой цене?
