Yes my order number was 3033643488299230 has said I am in the process of returning the wrong one but really wanted the Dual Output Power Supply.

I placed an order for this Dual Channel unit but for some reason you sent me just the single channel unit which I am returning , can you please explain why I didn’t receive the correct item ?

Hello, I just bought this power supply and I found that is a liitle bit inconvenient the blinking number when I'm trying to adjust the value. Can you make the blinking slower or to not blink at all when changing the value? Like this one: th-cam.com/video/3i1560esqY4/w-d-xo.html
