A minha Power Supply é o modelo SPPS-S3010-232 que não está na lista de modelos.
O modelo SPPS-S3010 não permite o funcionamento da função Common Values. O que devo fazer?

no , you had choose that no USB/RS232 version SPPS3010D , So it have no port to connect with PC.
The device I'm currently using (SPPS - D3010 -232) isn't available in the software I downloaded from the link. The only one similar is 3010 D but it isn't working properly as shown in the video. Effectivement,si les tensions sont du format 5,50V avec la virgule et non 5.50V avec le point,les 10 modules Common Values ne commutent pas sur l'alimentation programmable.
Il faut faire la manipulation suivante par le Panneau de Configuration (Horloge et Région) de Windows
Sous Windows 10,il faut aller dans Régions/Formats/Paramètres supplémentaires/Nombres/Symbole décimal/ puis mettre un point "." au lieu de la virgule,puis cliquez sur le bouton "Appliquer".
Relancer le logiciel DC Power Supply V2.1.4 puis magie: les tensions apparaissent avec un point!

Sorry, but your software does not work... I have tried it with 4 computers, 5 cables, and every installation method. It has never worked before and I have been working on it for 4-5 weeks.
I will make a review on my channel which will really not be good for the product, I am deeply disappointed and it is not a buy recommendation.

I had same problem. Solution is change decimal point in OS from comma to dot.
