You could make a tilt front end problem avoided
May I asked, I got loude noise and turn off my engine quick after start up. I removed covers and found one lifter tgar acting like tou said, soft move down and up. I pressed it several times doing video and then it is solid again! So it was colapsed but not anymore. Should I still pull it or maybe try to run like this. I starte dthe engine and it sounds good.
I drive Jeep Grand cherokee. Last week I was driving and notice some problem with race pedal then i saw the dashboard which showed me Election throttle sign in red color. I came twice after that day and then disappeared. I parked my car to check and started again to see if it still coming up but after that day it doesn't. Any suggestion?
does it cover the damascus pattern?...
aucun éclairage pour la video interressente mais ont vois rien ,domage !!!!!!!
12 k rotary lift shakes when lowering down any advice
Same for the back rotors?
The Tsar Bomba (Russian: Царь-бомба, romanized: Tsar'-bomba, IPA: [t͡sarʲ ˈbombə], lit. 'Tsar bomb'; code name: Ivan[5] or Vanya), also known by the alphanumerical designation "AN602", was a thermonuclear aerial bomb, and the most powerful nuclear weapon ever created and tested.[6][7] The Soviet physicist Andrei Sakharov oversaw the project at Arzamas-16, while the main work of design was by Sakharov, Viktor Adamsky, Yuri Babayev, Yuri Smirnov [ru], and Yuri Trutnev. The project was ordered by Nikita Khrushchev in July 1961 as part of the Soviet resumption of nuclear testing after the Test Ban Moratorium, with the detonation timed to coincide with the 22nd Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.[8]
Thrush glass packs sounds better 👍
Good video, but would've been more beneficial to have close ups when measuring pedal. Appeared you measured at an angle from pivot to pad which is not accurate. Should be measured at right angles I believe.
Did the same thing with mine. Did you happen to use submersible fuel line? Guessing yours is since it came in kits for that purpose. My tank is still out and I’m tempted to replace the rubber line with fully submersible tubing.
I bought my Jeep used and its been sprayed everywhere with bedliner. It sucks so bad to clean. I'll consider doing this if I ever get all the bedliner removed but I think touchup would be expensive and time consuming. I'm planning to spray the whole thing with Rust-Oleum. Cheap and super simple to touch up.
Dont forget to bleed system
I got videos on my page to bleed
Do absolutely not leave the stuff anything more than overnight, I accidentally almost entirely dissolved a piece leaving it by accident for a week
Everytime someone clean and degrease something using acetone only to manipulate it with their own fingers I die a little more on the inside...
What parts did you order to change the front?
I have one
Spent way too much time putting a gooseneck into my 1st gen as well.
The same gunk that is on the magnet is on the speed sensors. I would think that it is likely to cause erratic signals. So it sucks but it would be nice to remove the valve body and clean them
Tension struts make a lot of noise when the rubbers wore
thought that interstate sure does look familiar. Cool to run across a local TH-cam channel by chance. 👍
Straight pipe sounds like an old beat up junk yard truck.
Bro is gonna have to come back and replace all these parts after 20k miles. 😢
It’s not that bad.
Cool idea! A shame that they will still rust but they look great. Thanks!
what did you use for new throttle cable?
Good job msn i may do the frame swap
When I install new races I cut one side of the old race with a cut off wheel so when the race gets into to seat area it can compress alittle when driving the new race with it.
My girlfriend told me that she's not letting me touch her naughty bits with my disgusting dirty black fingernailed hands... now I wear gloves in the workshop at all times...
Do you have a video where we can hear the engine running with this modification ?
How well does Raptor liner or reduced Raptor liner holdup with salted roads and highways? I live in Missouri and drive to locations in Iowa and Illinois, in all of which the highway salts the roads. Also does Raptor liner adhere to aluminum like aluminum trailers? Thanks
It is possible to black oxide on stainless steel. You can use a drying oil like Tung or linseed to get a really strong rust protection.
Why would you sandblast your bolts? Id probably not do this on anything that really matters.
dude reminds me of my methist neighbors. they be awake working on a riding lawnmower when i goto bed and in the morning they still be a tweeking
works great on auto body panels, apply water wash, let dry, and then paint. Will beat any non phosphoric acid based inhibitor primer. Paint will not not rust blister a few years latter
Cool! I’ll do that next time.
Every time you handle the parts with your bare fingers you are contaminating them with oils and preventing the adhesion/chemical reaction. Why didn’t you read the directions?
That's not black oxide. It's a selenium-based coating. Much less immediate danger than the black oxide process, but the coating it leaves behind (copper selenide, IIRC) will rub off. I've never been able to find toxicity information about copper selenide, but most selenium compoundsv are not good for you. Your body does use selenium, but anything above microgram qualities is toxic. Actual black oxide requires a very high temperature bath in concentrated lye solution which is extremely corrosive to flesh.
How has it held up? Any issues? I don't imagine there would be any but have to ask as I'm researching and wanting to do this swap. TIA
Damn I'm trying to get my shit rolling too lol. 85 cj7. Go for it brother!
So hear me out.. if I wanted to do this to grain bin panels on a large scale would it work? 😂
great video thanks it really helped me a lot
One very important question is do you know JESUS CHRIST AS YOUR PERSONAL LORD AND SAVIOR?
Did the tem sensor fix the problem?
Asi se hacen los videos 👍
Thanks for the video! Just what I needed
what spray gun did you use? i want to do this to the bottom and inside of my Jeep.
Love this tutorial! Thanks for sharing! Quick question: What tip size did you use for the HVLP spray gun?
Apple cider vinegar does it as well. Throw it in lye water to stop the chemical reaction. Used cheap yellow mustard to get a similar results on knife blades.
I prefer the 2nd.
