I've been living in my home for over 20 years now and the people who set up my home did not do anything like this at all my skirting is raggedy and has been falling apart ever since we've been staying in our home. I've wish I've would've known this was the way it was supposed to have been done but my husband and I were young and we were fortunate time home buyers back in 2000 and now our home is falling apart because the skirting wasn't put on properly 😢

Just buy a Home Depot shed and insulate it buy an acre of land with a septic hookup for 20 k up in the mountains of northern NH or ME and your hood to go and your out of pocket say 40k that’s including a used grizzly for the trails

Mobile home parks are cash cows if you own the properties.

That just makes good business sense to sell those homes. I just love that one home (the first one). That’s a great deal that the tenants are given the option to buy their homes, if they can, and you could do a whole lot more with the $400,000 profit. Champion and Kabco both are excellent options and have an outstanding reputation for quality homes and affordable pricing. 💯
