      @@johncrakzynskee hi there! So in this drill the athlete is actively pushing down into the blue pad while trying to keep their arm straight. I use it mainly for throwers when trying to build stability and strength throughout the front of their shoulders.

      @ I am a wrestler and I am thinking at getting into boxing. Unfortunately I was at the gym and some dude wanted to arm wrestle me, the outcome was that I got a partial tear in my LUCL, I have been taking it easy lately so I don’t tear it even more. Is the success rate good? And will it be reliable? Can u tell me about some patients you have had maybe?

      @maxsss03 sorry to hear that this happened! Each case is different but I have had individuals with lower grade UCL injuries that rehabbed without surgery.     What have the laterals and single leg rdls done to improve your squat ? What else do you suggest

      @@francoischikukwa4187 I actually use the squat to help improve explosiveness for jumping in any direction, in this case lateral jumps. The SL RDL is a staple accessory exercise in my program to help maintain glute/hamstring strength, which helps my back feel solid when I’m really pushing squatting in a training block. Can’t recommend them enough. Is there anything specifically you’re looking for help improving?

      @@JamesStover-gr3hw Hey there! So I actually have a history of some pretty significant back issues many years ago (wasn’t under a barbell for probably 3-4 months). With that being said, it has taken a lot of consistent, smart training and listening to my body to get back to this point. Even now though, if I’m not feeling up to it on a certain day then I don’t push it. I talk with my patients a lot the importance of setting goals and helping them with a personalized plan to get back to lifting pain-free.

    I just now sat down after a 5k and i stopped because i had a bad feeling about continuing with this. Ive had this happen to me while running since as long as i can remember in my running journey. But today it was much more painful than usual and mainly in my left hip, my right could go for much longer. How do i fix this? Thank you very much

    Do you think Cheerleaders who have been a base for 5+ years and has pain in the exact same spot and we can find no relief for her. Some days she can’t even lift her arm above her head . All X-rays are clear . We seen a orthopedic dr and he said this is what she has but curious if you feel like it’s only a baseball injury.

    Looks like a good exercise. I have issues with a torn sternoclavicular ligament, and this may actually work
