the mixer has multiple outputs, among them a rec out rca one, as well. I then overlapped the recording with the video.
i have a question, when the headphone cue knob is in the middle, do you hear both tracks ?

did you have any issues connecting it to the LP120s? I can’t connect mine to my Mastersounds Radius 2 because the ground is carried via the RCAs and that mixer requires a separate ground lead in order to illuminate hum. It worked on my cheap behringer though

Very nice set and tracks. What about having no gain on the mixer? Do you see advantages or disadvantages? I'm thinking to buy the same mixer...
thanks. technically speaking I think it's better to have no gain, less channels for the signal to travel through before reaching the amp/speakers.
Where you ordered those knobs
How is the Knob Resistance slow ,Fast,
hard to say as it's down to personal preference, so what's slow/fast to me might not be to you. however what I can say is that not all the knobs use the same pots. the isolator + channels + master knobs are Alps Alpine RK27 (a bit slower/tighter) and all the other ones are a different brand (faster).

Lol...you really think this is an expensive mixer lol...
This makes it easier to cut the frequency's as the knobs are bigger and more spaced apart and should sound better too when cutting and adding volume etc.

Clicked on this just to see the functionality of the mixer after seeing your review video and I ended up grooving to the entire video. Great stuff man, your iso mixing was on point. I recently saw Palms Trax in Miami and he was using the Carmen V model and the control he had over the EQ’s was just mesmerizing. Once I have the money I will certainly be investing in this mixer. the turntable ones yes, they're built in, I replaced the other ones a long time ago.

ist no magic, it is 100% what it says… with or without linear powerunit. for Questions About linear power and how it is important for Sound Quality just use Google and dig to it.
The linear PSU (power supply unit) is an upgrade to the standard power supply that comes with all mixers. The linear PSU is heavier at 0.9kg and has a 100-240v mains selector switch. It offers cleaner voltage and improves the mixer’s sonic performance. Although it tests to have a better noise floor level, the standard PSU is also very good (-85dB at unity) and the audible difference sits outside the normal human hearing spectrum. We offer the linear PSU as an option more for HI-FI set ups and to give audiophiles the confidence they are doing the best they can with their sound. Copied from their website.

Yes indeed, the mixer itself is inspired from the original Bozak from the 70s.

@@sassetMusic Go to Condessa's Facebook page. They do a comparison between the 2 pole and the 4 pole. The 4 pole is vicious! But the 2 pole is more musical :)

Did you get this to replace the omnitronic? Looking to get a rotary mixer and don't want to completely break the bank, but I also don't want to buy something that will break after a year (such as might happen to the omnitronic)
Yes, replaced my Omnitronic with this one. They've released a couple of new improved versions of this one, MK3 I believe and maybe one more, they're worth looking at. Even MK2 that has its WTFs, I believe is a great budget rotary that for its money does the job.
It sounds quite sharp in the high pass section... is this just a video recording thing or is it the mixer? thx in advance

hi, how does the cue knob work exactly? when you have it 12 o' clock can you hear both channels then at the same time?
exactly, that's correct, at 12 o'clock you hear both channels at the same time, once you start turning it towards 8-10 o'clock you hear only channel one and towards 2-4 channel two.
Is head phone cue post eq?
