I just don’t how much hair to add for small, medium or knotless braids, when grabbing the braiding hair, how do I know how much hair to use

What is the name of first thing you added to the hair please?

Love the honest feedback!!! I used the heavy hold for the wash and go method. EPIC FAIL. I will try the product again and not dry it with the dryer method... hair was extremely hard and lifeless... Shampoo and conditioner great. The moisturizer and flaxseed gel not so much ... This is going to be a work in progress.
