White has no shortage of budget board wipes. By Invitation only makes everyone sacrifice up to 13 creatures, which gets around indestructible. Also, if you have the most creatures, you can just pick a number equal the player with the next most, and actually keep some of yours. Terminus is another interesting one if you want to force all creatures back into their owners' libraries or if you have a miracle theme going. Tragic Arrogance is more expensive than any card in this video sitting around $1, but can work in a similar way where you keep your best stuff. This both doesn't target and also forces sacrifices, getting around both hexproof and indestructible, and you can potentially choose the same card for different card types of they've got an artifact/enchantment creature. Finally, Hour of Revelation simply destroys all non lands, and will easily be able to discount itself to just 3 white mana.

I recommend 2 things for him. 1st: a suite of protection. Swiftfoot Boots, Lightning Greeves, Champion's Helm, and every Umbra card you can should reliably keep him alive. 2nd: consider adding Zirda The Dawnbreaker either in the 99 or as tour companion. He makes activated abilities cost 2 less. He also has a tap ability that can prevent a creature from blocking you.

Point of order on Sakiko: it’s not the number of creatures dealing combat damage, but the AMOUNT of damage they’ve dealt. It pays to make them big!

Also it says specifically "before you deal damage" which is amazing against a big trample attacker or any other damage based effects

Important to note for Moira and Teshar, and also any commander that has a variation on the “finality counter” clause for reanimated creatures - flickering the creature lets you keep it. It’s allowed to enter exile normally, and it’s a new instance of the creature when it enters.

Actually need to put light paws into my siona, captain of the plyeas deck, I already can win by turn 8 but I want it to even faster. Plus create infinite 1/1s if you know the combo 😏

Funnily i had more success playing "danitha new benalias light" as my commander simply because people dont immediately arch-enemy you the second you play light paws from the command zone, they still expect to see her at some degree but by the time that happens i usually have bolstered enough ramp through the involvement of green that i can play any and all protection measures at my disposal

It's not terrible since it's 1 mana and can be made indestructible/regenerate and there's not really any deathtouch in white.

Okay but what about using beza as a flicker commander but with lots of ways to discard cards, sacrifice creatures, and pay life! That way, you can reap even more benefits next time you play beza!

If she is indestructible, she can just keep swatting attackers. Pretty neat especially with all the surprise indwstructible in W

I have most of these in my group hug deck. I think my favorite Fractured Identity play was when I targeted my friend’s Sliver Overlord and the rest of the game devolved into a four person custody battle over all of his slivers.

Run all the enchantments/permanents that give additional upkeeps or copy triggered abilities.

Have this in my Eriette deck. It’s one of the win cons. The only issue is “light paws into phyresis” is boring lol

I had this guy for a while. Very fun commander. It wishes it could have some of that red goad goodness but thats becomes an interesting challenge. So many uniquely good cards in his deck. I just wish he was three mana or something. With him being 4 mana and an upkeep trigger before you get anything out of him it can feel pretty clunky. There were certainly games where the deck did nothing. But when it worked it was incredibly fun

I have zevlor, I was cooking up a spellslinger deck for a long time and it seemed like he was gonna be the commander until I recently pulled magar who inspired me to make that deck without blue. I still wanna build a spellslinger deck with blue one day tho

9 tips and Notes from a zevlor player. 1: you need to tap him before you cast the spell. 2: he copies the next spell once for each other opponet or for 1 permanent on each other opponents board. 3: choosing is not targeting, he won't copy those. 4: spells that have multiple modes that all can share a single target can be copied 5: card draw spells that target something then draw are super important. 6: I kid you not play twinning staff and illusionist bracers You get two extra copies. 7: there are versions of fact or fiction that target. Each opponet will make two piles for you to pick from. On average a draw 6. 8: Untaping effects are great. 9: I like removal that make mana, treasure or eldrazi tokens. This can storm you off pretty hard.
