What we do.
XMTG Firearms Training Academy provides training to Law Enforcement, Military, and Security personnel as well as to responsible citizens. Just curious why no LaRue mount instead of the ADM? Don't get me wrong I love ADM mounts but you seem to have a theme going for that build.
@@2amichaelj mainly due to cost of the mounts when I bought the mount. Not sure about pricing now, but at the time LaRue mount cost more than ADM and I dont think its worth the extra money.

I ended up getting the tall, which is slightly too big for me; but at 1/3 the usual price, I'm not complaining. Got the batwings right now. I'm gonna get the scabbard at some point. Right now I just use the gatekeepers to attach the phantom to it.

I couldn't tell the difference in my dirt cheap psa lower, but if you wanna a real recoil difference, pair their buffer with their low mass bolt carrier. You can feel that difference

I have started etching baseplates on mags - I used to use sharpies but you know it will only rub off when you use it during a training day and then your buddy has all your nice new Glock mags in his range bag after pickup 😅 is the paint pen better you think?
@@goon_time paint pens eventually come off as well. I used to engrave the back of the mags near the base plate with tip of a knife. It works pretty good, just some of the numbers are hard to make with your knife tip.

@@GiltUwU thats not what I said. A lot of people do not get a suppressor bacause of all the paperwork. It is worth the paperwork to get a suppressor. Just do it. Wait times are not near as long as they were just a few years ago.
It was a joke. But I do think that it's unconstitutional to have to pay for a right and to have to do paperwork that gives the gov't info on how many guns and accessories for them you have. So yes, I think everyone should ignore the paperwork and just go get one.

Steel target. All hits. Target was not that far. Right at 100 yards. Goal was speed engagement in a designated area on the tgt.
A quick rundown on the steel you’re using and where you can get them from would be really cool for someone who’s building a range in an undisclosed location in the middle of nowhere.

What’s you’re budget on this or how much was spent so far just curious
The DHT-15 sells for $1499. That is the closest off the shelf rifle to this one. This was a custom build by the owner to my specs. I already had optic, mount, bi-pod and can. I just ordered light, back up irons, level and light cap for about another $300.
