2011 CVO Roadglide Cat Removal
Had to get the cat removed, couldn't stand the sound at speed. Sounded ok at idle but wasn't great when moving.

or you're walking while all your buddies ride. It's just kind of stuck with me my whole life.

Cool video!
I have the same bike and just put the same windshield on it and you can definitely feel the wind difference. I'm going to change it again to a 13in. The screamin eagle tune is nice, pulls hard
iv had this 64f for years there a great gun they will eat anything you put in them i call mine the bulk ammo trash blaster lol great video i got mine years ago for 90 bucks sold to my buddy i should of kept it i can't stand the mark 2 bolt action rifle they make they suck but this one is great i subbed
Do you remember the scope brand?
Its an amazon special...Pinty 4-12 they work decent on the rim fires for an old blind guy like me. Once dialed in, and even with my bad shooting habits I haven't missed a shot yet.
This is one of my favorite plinking guns. Also, it’s pretty accurate right out of the box, and runs everything.
Why all the camo at the gun range?
@@bobroberts7269I went hunting after these videos were shot early morning.
i didnt put the rubber back in, it was impossible, never had a problem
Nice pick up
Thanks, hoping she'll turn out to be a good truck.
Going to pick my 2011 road glide ultra tomorrow!!! It’s my first Harley Davidson I currently have a Honda Valkyrie
Nice! Grats man, you'll love it!
@@kgsgarage369 yes I do love it
That truck is identical to the one tom refurb have
Nice, I haven't had time to dig into it yet, been working too much the last couple of weeks! Got parts though!
Mine is ordered and sitting at the FFL, was delivered today and I sure hope they call tomorrow and pick it up!
You'll enjoy it! Fun gun on the range.
Maybe start it so we could hear it.
I will...lots to do yet. The neighbours had family over didn't want to have that roaring thing going during their BBQ.
Fantastic gun at a price people can afford.
Is that a pinty sight?... I believe I have the exact same one....lol
Yes...too many rifles to spend big bucks on glas s for the ones that don't require it really.
@@kgsgarage369 it's really a great optic for the price...I also have it on an AR styled 22.. hamerli tac r1
Sadly this bike is no longer, a test ride ended badly from the dealer.
Someone dump the bike?
@@DirtNastyy Yeah, a test ride gone bad. Don't know all the details other than they went off the road and hit a pole, but it's been written off.
I have a 2018 road glide, and the front end is very sloppy. I agree.
There’s nothing wrong with that bike that fool is Trying his hardest to pick something out because he don’t have a Road Glide
I do have a road glide fool. The suspension from factory is trash even on my 2011 CVO. new rear shocks even the cheapest of the aftermarket made a big improvement. New cartridges going in soon as the front is still to sloppy.
Or maybe you can't shoot shit
Thanks. Nice Ar- Style Weapon.22LR rifle. Will a red scope work.? Thanks. 🥂🏹🏴☠️
For sure it will, I just need younger eyes!
Yea, I have the latest RIA version here in the States, at first they had that funky thread, which about killed the gun here, I'm sure someone in the Turkey plant got slapped, Aptal what are you doing!! Iyiyi
Thank You
U should see what your 64 can do with 40 grain CCI standard vel ammo, a bipod and an MCARBO trigger spring kit.
I plan on doing the spring kit this month, and a decent little scope for it. I use the CCI AR Tactical 22 LR 40 Grain, it's a bullseye machine for sure very accurate
@@kgsgarage369 yessir, fun little guns.
Ive heard you can change the charging to the right side, is this true or is it only left side?
Jericho 941 FS jest znacznie lepszy i celniejszy!
Took the cat out of mine. If you’re not wanting loud, don’t do it. Haha
I have a catless head pipe will be putting it on soon.
I have a 2011 Road King. Love your Road Glide. 🤙🏻
i confirm , Turdo is a morron
My picrail 3mm allen key screws might as well be welded in. They will not come loose. Without stripping the allen head. Any suggestion?
You could try heating the screws, worst case you can drill them out and rethread for bigger bolts.
Yep a bit of heat from a heat gun and make sure you have the proper size allen key.
Does anyone know if there is a handguard replacement for the feather/lite model?
Hey I noticed you haven’t posted any new videos of your cvo. I have been looking at a 2011 cvo just wondered if you had any trouble out of your motor. I hear a lot of Harley guys bashing that 110 because of lifter and cam problems because of valve springs. Just wondering about how many miles yours had or any issues you’ve had if any ?
Life threw me a curve so I haven't had much time for making videos lately, and its cold and winter. I don't ride once the wind chill hits the negative numbers. My CVO currently sits around 60k miles, it runs great (don't use shitty gas), top end is a little noisy. Lifters and cams are relatively cheap but the factory cams in this bike work just fine (SE 255) and it gets about 47MPG. Lots of TQ to get it up and moving and more so with the new rear shocks, I was cruising through country curves at 80. Use quality oil and filters at regular oil changes. I can do all my own work but until I have issues the engine will stay as factory (set up at least) as I bought it for touring so I want good TQ and MPG. I will be swapping out the header pipe or removing the cat. It's not overly loud currently with it in but breathes far better than factory with the baffles removed. If you watch the original rides riding cross country I have addressed all issues I had. I'll make a video tomorrow (going hunting today) and go over the bike entirely if it will help you out.
Man that’s awesome hope your back riding soon to. I had a little set back in May, heart attack and surgery but doing good so far. I’m ready for some warmer weather where I can get back out to. Enjoyed your videos stay safe.
@@72acclaim Sorry for the delayed response, hope you're up and around and feeling better!

You need a cheek rest. Noticed you don't have a good cheek weld. You were using your chin as an anchor point. You kept moving your head around for scope viewing. Plus get your optic mounted lower. MATHEWS FABRICATIONS makes a good one for around $40 USD. I have three of them. You do have to drill holes in the buttstock. Easy-peasy.
I like this model. Really, Baby Castro won't let you have a suppressor?
It's true, no supressors. Absolutely stupid law and proves yet again why the government has no clue what they're doing.
Just ordered mine . Great video , great price.. Thank you so much.
I have one love it I painted front sight w nail polish old eyes lol will not load 15 rds.Called Henry they sent new mag. tube still won't take 15 they said send gun back dont' want the hassel stil shoots great w 13/14 maybe needs more break in time.
I never counted that I can recall, next time i have it out I'll count how many this one holds.
I see you haven't mastered the art of mag release. :)
Nope not on that one, I find it a pain...
Is it a picatinny rail or weaver?
Its a pic rail.
They are safe to dry fire? You are the second person I saw do that.
I wouldn't make a habit of it but it didn't hurt it any, I've since put 500+ rounds through it without a hiccup.
Did you install your Feyachi iron sights? Was the front sight too low compared to the back sight?
Did you try to adjust the elevation on the front sight?
Is there a way to decock? Haven’t been able to figure it out. I was told you’re not supposed to dry fire a .22, so I’m just making sure I’m not damaging it.
Hold the slide back, pull trigger, slowly move it forward with the slide handle.
@@kgsgarage369 I’ve tried that, but the trigger always ‘resets’ and doesn’t decock. It clicks and then I’ll pull the trigger and it’ll still dry fire.
@@timbeaton5268 I tried this when I got home from work this morning. You're right mine does the same thing and doesn't de-cock once the slide is moved forward after pulling the trigger on an empty chamber. I will try it loaded today if I can. . Derya nor RIA selling the same model, have any info I could find on de-cocking the TM-22.
I like all the metal on metal sounds. Very cool little rifle
All FL have weak shocks in front. My softail heritage is okay
They're weak front and back for all Harleys. My Softail was just as bad. On the RG the rears made a big difference and helped stabilize the front. Can't wait to get a set of mono tubes in
Got these on my 2019 Electraglide . I dont have 1000 bucks to spend on revos. 300 bucks and my back and taint are thanking me for it. The stock shocks with the one side load adjust knob are a joke. My 412s are 13 inch with heavy duty springs. The stock ones were like the mono shock on my 06 c90 t . I followed the guide on progressives website and thats the setup that works for me an im on the first setting on the adjusters. Now it glides over bumps like it should .
I'm riding on the Legends.6'2 290
Well for one you blink and flinch up like your scared or something everytime you squeeze the trigger, that could very well be the problem with your accuracy
Oh I'm sure it is, 100% flinching it drives me crazy....I have sensitive hearing and I wish we could run a can on them.
Plus he lifts his head immediately after shot.
Beautiful bike. I have the same year cvo in red. Awesome machines.
Very cool! I'm liking it more and more!
