They supposedly just did the rocker boxes, I would expect the valvetrain to be set up nice and quiet after doing that job, I'll dig into it this weekend.
@@kgsgarage369 even then I don’t think they will reduce the tolerance. If you need top end noise gone you will have to install rock rockers to reduce tolerance. I don’t know the side effects of installing them. On mine I just turn my radio volume up..
@@milesonwheels8127 Ya I'd prefer not to put rocker lockers in. I'll just be sure it's all good for my own peace of mind. Then I'll make it sound like a Harley and get that exhaust opened up a bit.
I just bought a 2011 FLHTCUSE6 street glide ultra classic with a 110 can’t wait for my first road trip on it
Congratulations! I loved the entire road trip wish I could do it monthly! I'm sure you'll love it!
I have the same bike in yellow. I hear that top end all the time. No issues. Mobile 1 or Amsol.
Changing up the fluids tomorrow!
So are you home yet and I take it you enjoyed the ride
Yep home and back to work :( Need another month vacation!
Twin com always seems to have top end noise. It could be what you’re hearing which is normal. Though there is a way to fix the noise.
