I use Original Precision products but TK Custom has an offering too. All my S&W revolvers have had the Loc-Delete product used to my complete satisfaction.

To me it's not a huge deal. The way I see it, is I am no spring chicken, yet the lock has been there since I was legal age to buy a handgun from an FFL. I think a lot of people can't get over S&W's "betrayal" by simply putting a lock on their revolvers to appease anti-2A politicians, so it stands out to them. To me, they just always been there in my life, it's small, never been a problem so it's like ehh. That being said they should have put it on the hammer the way Taurus did to make the revolvers look better.

I've been hearing issues with wood forearm. The wood forearm easily breaks or cracks while pumping a shell or just bumping into another object.

I like your reasons , I am on the fence about carrying a 44 Mag Smith 329pd Air light. My self defense loads would be 44 Special, no need to have 1000 ft lbs loads for carrying. Nice video!

Not necessarily a snubby. I would just call that "a revolver". If it was like a 1-in 1 and 1/2-in barrel on it maybe even a two I would call it a snubby but that's just a pistol.

S&W and Beretta (Gallatin) are fighting for top spot worst firearm QC in America. I think Smith is leading them by an inch or two.

S&w sells hundreds of thousands lf guns a year. Even if 1% or less is a lemon, that means about 1k per year or more will have QC issues. They do a lot more then just revolvers now. If they didn't they wouldn't be in business at all, since they do, we can still get s&w revolvers, with life time warranty, and all the - updates for improved engineering. Other then the locks and occasional lemons, I'd say s&w is still towards if not the top in terms of revolvers quality, ergos etc

Personally when you said no to “range toy” I think you were dead wrong.
