HURCO VM10i demo cut - cutting metal - HD 1080p
This is a video of the cutting Demo set up on the Hurco VM10i, which is a compact machining centre with a lot of space inside when compared against its compact footprint.
Hurco's are excellent "bang for the buck" and I highly rate their milling machines, they are great work horses and super intuitive and user friendly. I work at hurco as an applications engineer but I would say that I am not machine biased, they all have their place in industry, I've used almost every brand of machine you can think of and would say that id happily go back to a hurco any day of the week.

I would like to know how to fix all rubber hoses of Yamaha Dt50 from the Radiator
@@maxpromedia9224 you just need the diameter of the hose then you can order whatever length and angles you want and cut it to size. Lots of hose manufacturers like samco for example. You might struggle to find original hoses 🙂
Are they built in the UK or IN,USA?
@@Vankel83 neither, they are manufactured in Taiwan like a lot of machine tools these days, they are good machine builders.
@@AlphaEngineer2022 I looked at Hurco 18 years ago. Sales guy wasn't good and didn't impress more to buy.

@@AlphaEngineer2022 Too bad that salesman that couldn't sell Jack beans wasn't any good. Now I have 6 Haas Cnc's. 4 mills & 2 lathes.
@@Vankel83 who was the salesman? I wonder if they are still here? I’ve heard some horror stories about haas servicing. I also know someone that had haas, switched to hurco and halved their energy bills each month and swears by them. Experience is everything, if they aren’t for you they aren’t for you🙂

Hi, ive got a quick question about the steering column for the bike What size bearings did you use for it? Because my brother knocked mine out and tossed them, so i dont have a clue as to their size

I like the idea of warming up the car for 10 minutes and then let it cool down for 5 minutes. That is clever! And indeed the torque wrenches are for sissies. Tighten until squeak and you will be fine.

Good question, pliers and a flat head screw driver. They definitely can be stubborn to get out sometimes.

just incase anyone is wondering, this is normal when using ceramic inserts on exotic materials like inconel :-)

Hello,I set my hurcos with tool setter tessa.I think is better than block setting
It is, every day of the week. Hurco supply a branded version which is good all the way down to setting 1mm endmills or drills in terms of the setter spring rate to be overcome when pushing down on the measurement surface and not breaking tools. Paid £230 5 years ago for one. They are accurate to within a couple of microns too. For a one off quick skim of something you can also jog the tool to the work with the spindle spinning and touch off followed by pressing the axis zero button on the MPG unit.
How long of a job is it?
maybe a couple hours with the right tools and experience.

Can you do this if the turbo completely stops working?
It’s hard to say, the bearings were going on mine. But if it’s completely stopped working there could be more damage. You won’t be able to tell without taking it apart.
