Did that steering wheel come with the car? Momo only supplies that size wheel in Alcantara rather than leather. 280mm I believe. I think all new Caterhams come with a leather 260mm.

Re spongy brake pedal, you need to be constantly bleeding the system if you want a decent pedal. Looks as though your car is a 2019 build (like mine) and assuming it was never upgraded to Roadsport spec, it means it probably still has the old spec master cylinder which is great at letting air into the system. Your best bet will be to buy and install the newer race spec AP master cylinder

Following another fast driver is easier than viceversa. Once you get in the lead and no longer have his visual line/distance/braking references your brain can trick you with a false perception of the limits. Add to that you have another fast driver in your mirrors now…

Such a slip with the GR Yaris would cost more.

Nice laps...great cars lol.

It's the "off camber" at island which did it. Once you get on the outside of that corner, the grip soon drops off. I never dare take it more than 8/10ths myself. After all the straight that leads into Shell, is so short you lose very little time. Hope the damage is not too bad.

The way that GR went around the corners was 👌

Good video, you can really see the advantage of that automatic gearbox, it's what kept you close.
