@@ozbiker5311 Thanks for getting back to me. I won't be re-tapping the existing 18 mm threads on the bars to 5/8" SAE in case I (or some one else) wants to put the stock grips back on, there will be nothing left of the threads. Too bad they dont have a metric bolt to fit the Aprilia. Very nice looking set up though. Perhaps i will find an 18 mm countersunk bevelled bolt that will work and then i will order some. Thanks again.

I don't like getting off it 🤦‍♂🤦‍♂ its a absolutely an amazing bike, if your thinking about one go for it I've also got the RR competition as well and that is amazing as well BMW have nailed it with these bikes I've got the new 1390 super duke Evo as well It doesn't even come close to the way the bm handles and ride I trading in the 1390 on an MV that's has far as I go regarding the MV wait until you see this bad girl ❤ If you have subscribed !! maybe think about it I will be comparing the MV to both BM"s cheers thanks for the comment ,ride safe

Hi Andy No mate, there got heaps of power as they are I cant use what they have standard😂😂👴👴 but if I did, it wouldn't be until they run out of warranty and that's if I still have them still 😄😄 That's the first thing BM ask me, when I through I had a problem with the RR, if I had it tuned or if I have ever by someone else and they can tell because as the bike pretty well logs everything

it fitted on mine as you can see and it come off a 1290 to get the baffle out you have to drill out the pop rivets on the stainless strap then remove the carbon end cap, its tight but it does come off and undo the dolt in the baffle and its in tight as well I used a timber block and hit it out, but my exhaust was second hand so it had a carbon build up around the baffle which made it harder to get out then just put it all back together But have a good pop rivet gun because the rivets are tuff to pop hope that helps

Hi Bud yes the 1290 will fit it that's what mine is I preferred the sound of the Sc its not as tinny and build quality shits on the Austin but that only my opinion I kept the SC and sold the Austin thanks for the comment champ good luck with it

Hi Rob there all amazing bikes you would have to up grade the springs in the front and rear as I pretty sure the max sprung weight is for 95 kg and both my single R and RR I was just able to set the sag and it was maxed out H2J and the KTM is the same I stall have them all also another amazing bike which I would recommend is the triumph rocket 3 and they handle as well test ride one you will be blown away I love mine I have the TFC which is limited addition one that why I don't ride it too much But trust me they have miles of torque and they go you will be able to see of of those video on my channel but no matter what bike you will have to respring the suspension it for you weight if you want then to handle other wise they will be a death trap any of them will 100% bottom out hope that helps please let me know what you end up going regards Marc's

Hi Bud No issues at all really nice bike if you have all Tech pack I even got heated grips I had the street fighter V4s 2021 model from new, and totally hated it the front end was so washy really hard work and felt like it would let go when you where under it in corners i never really trusted the front end hey but that only my opinion I think the super duke, truly out handles the V4s and is a nicer bike to ride the 1290 duke I didn't like but the 1390 is way better the next step up in bike I think compared to both the V4s and the 1390 is the BMW M1000R 210hp which I have as well, but mine is the M1000R competition and that is a weapon and handles FKN unbelievable and has everything included if you can afford it, truly test ride the BMW m1000R but be carful you really might love it hey I've also got the 1000RR competition and that is wow as well there all on my chancel hey also have a few other bikes which you will see hope it helped champ thanks for the comment talk soon Marc's

@@ozbiker5311 Yeah wow that’s interesting about the Ducati wouldn’t have figured being a stripped downs version of the panagale. I think with the Ktm I’m really leaning towards it because it’s built ground up as a sports naked bike so that’s big perk! I love the M1000 but i really want a V2 or V4 motor 😄 just can’t beat the sound of these bikes 😍 Anyways thanks for your reply, appreciate it 🙏🏽

Hi Bud no I sold it I dusted the engine which blew the motor It was no fault of mine, as the dealer was meant to give me a uni filter with the bike and they didn't Aprilia put a brand new motor in it But at the time, I still had 14mths new bike warranty still on the bike and Aprilia would only offer me 12mths on the brand new motor, I told them it should be 2 years again because of the new mother but they said with any repair its 12mths so I lost confidence with the company and sold the bike the bike did everything well but if you are going to ride a lot of bush and dusty roads make sure the dealer or you put a foam filter and clean it every few rides like a lot of the dirt bikes I have a 2021 DR 650 and I'm enjoying that due to the weight much easier to ride in harder stuff but the Aprilia had more luxuries but way heavier

Sc without sounds better imo. Ar sounds too loud and just doesn't have the deepness to it. Have you thought about getting rid of the cat and putting a straight through mid pipe? If you did that and checked it on the duno to see if the fuel mixture is still OK that would be awesome sounding! Preferably getting a power commander with a straight through mid pipe duno tuned and then perfect! 👌

HI Liam awesome There a great bike and they do handle if you email Peter or phone him he will send you the information that a good exhaust guy will be able to do it easy and it show only cost about $300
