Unfortunately, no. Not that I'm aware of. I also have to admit that I do not know the real-life controls of these machines. So, I just keybound the controls based on ISO excavators. This don't work properly for every machine available, though. My solution is to save a few keybind XML files for the different machines that differ. This way, I can quickly copy and paste the XML file, avoiding the need to manually adjust the keybinds each time. 😄

For purely forestry I would stick with FS22 just for now, but the overall improvements of the graphics, sounds and new features makes me stay in FS25. 😄

Could it be due to the weight? The trees in this video are relatively thin and don’t weigh much. However, I did notice a bit of wobbling when the grapple was full. 😁

@Bambis_GamerHut no, even the heavy 13-meter trees in the later episodes don’t wobble as much as mine lol

Unfortunately the modder removed it again, so it's not available to download anymore. 🥲

No matter how high I went up the tree with the Volvo processor, it kept saying 'too thick,' at least in my testing. Actually, it was only able to cut down stages 1, 2, and 3, as stage 4 is not suitable for processors for some reason. The same applies to the Impex in stage 4. 😄

I asked myself the same question while testing some of these machines. Some of them work incredibly well, while others barely fulfill their purpose. 😅 Most of the issues I experienced should be fairly easy to address. However, wobbly logs and invisible hitboxes were also issues in their previous title, so that might not be too promising. 🤔

Yea reloading saves seems to be a coin flip as of right now. 😅 In my testing I also realized, that when you plant tree saplings they will disappear from the save-game once they grow once and you reload the game. 🥲 Fingers cross for a hotfix patch soon enough.

Only trees you plant will grow bigger and once you cut them down, you will have to plant new ones again. 😁

if you make settings for the harvester like, for example, the settings they have in real, it will be wrong with the forwarder and if you do the opposite it will be wrong with the harveater, do you have a solution for that?

@@Bambis_GamerHut That's good to know. Maybe those on consoles will benefit from that the most as they can't use FDR logging stuffs. Then there is the limitation of only having the trees in Silverrrun. I'm on PC. The problem is I only need the trees (for the looks and variety) and the yarders. FDR logging are my go to machines. His trees have better physics too. I'll stick with FDR and my own maps unless the DLC is available on a very generous sale.

You can also consider Farming simulator 25. Most of the platinum DLC stuff is available in basegame now. Plus I'm sure FDR is already in full motion to port his mods over to FS25. 😄
