That’s…Very strange. None of the changes made here should have any effect on your pointer configuration. You should be able to change your mouse speed manually through the Activities overview (or somewhere in system settings), but this sounds like a unique issue.

So assuming you already removed the revoked configuration profile from settings (or if it’s even there anymore), I’d say rejailbreaking may restore functionality to sileo, jb, etc. However if your goal is to remove the jb completely, you can try to rejailbreak, use something like ccleaner to remove residual tweak files then unjailbreak again. Chimera is a buggy temperamental mess so this might take a few attempts. Pinning your comment to see if anyone else has insight into this issue

The Accord in this video doesn’t have any special steering wheel controls to my knowledge, just volume and cruise control, etc. I cannot say if those handsfree features will work with this specific unit, could be worth reaching out to the seller to verify.

Hey there, right on the XT5 it’s a 7mm bolt. That side panel is a hard-ish plastic and takes a bit of force to pull back, though I recommend not pulling too hard or you might bend the trim piece or break it. Best to pull just enough to get some clearance.

@@DudePingu i purchased it twice. first from amazon...v1 model...anbernic were jackasses and were like oh sorry you didnt buy it from official store...here's our official aliexpress store. I got another one today...and bam...v1 model lol...even though I asked in the notes to please send the v2 model. They take forever to reply back so I probably won't get a response until tomrorow but I got it from the official store so they have no excuse lol. I am going to give the old v1 to a friend. Yeah, it sounds like it’s overheating. If you’re savvy you can open up the head unit itself and attach some thick copper shims to the chips on the board with thermal paste, that could absorb some of the heat…But if it still flickers after that, the head unit could just be faulty.

Hey there…Hm. Without seeing it firsthand it sounds like something shorted. Did you get magic smoke? There are lethal voltages stored in CRTs, and combo units are notoriously difficult to put back together, let alone repair. If you’re motivated enough I’d start from fault testing the power supply (measuring voltages, etc) and finding a schematic, though a quick search on google for this set doesn’t look promising. There are a lot of components on these combo sets, several of which are connected on a few circuits. If it were only a few damaged components needing replacement it wouldn’t be too bad, however depending on your risk tolerance it could be beyond the scope of a diy project. Regardless, whatever you do, do it safely (i.e Discharge the set properly, do not use any metal tools on the board with the set powered on, etc. There are several youtube videos re - CRT safety)

this happened to me as well, one of the cables disrupted a circuit connection to the ac, you need to connect the OEM wire into the ac without using the cable that was included and it will work

Hey there, I believe the head unit’s wiring harnesses are independent of the A/C harness (at least they are on the 2010 model in this video). The AC harness usually connects directly behind the AC vents there, some folks forget to connect that harness and lose all AC controls (no lights, etc). If that harness is plugged in correctly and still does not respond to any of the AC buttons, the wiring harness itself could be faulty. But since you mentioned it works with the original radio, it could just be a loose connection.

Hey there, I don’t seem to recall a settings switch for usb but it might be there. You can also verify the ports are connected well in the back of the unit (didn’t shake loose from vibrations, etc). I have two charging cables connected to mine, I believe (on my unit at least) they both output around 5v 2amp

I took a look at the parts for your vehicle, the caliper assembly looks very similar…I’ve performed this same process on various Buicks, Toyotas, Pontiacs, BMW etc. So unless GM did something screwy it shouldn’t be too far off most other gasoline vehicles built in the last 20 years, at least. Hey there. I’m not entirely sure, however based on how speakers generally work I believe these phenomena are attributed to transient spikes from the miniscule cone of the speaker. Not sure if there’s a way to create persistent EQ levels to mitigate that on startup/shut off but to my knowledge it’s non-destructive and fairly benign. Maybe an audio engineer can provide more insight here. I’ll pin this comment
