Station altercation! Fantastic.

I felt a similar way when they were retiring the R32s in New York, on the other side of the pond. While the cars had served their time, maybe a bit past it, as they were from the 60’s, it was so sad to see ‘em go off. I remember being a wee lad and always getting super giddy when they’d roar into a station with their signature thundering motors and their corrugated silver sides. Thank goodness a good handful of them have been saved for posterity’s sake
