I’m from Seattle originally, but my husband and I recently moved back to the US after living in Berlin for a while, and we are currently traveling to different cities around the US to decide where to "settle." We actually got there a bit after it had started! We were on about 79th street I think.

Lovely I’d get the tv lowered though , that’s exceptionally high considering the height of your sofa it should be eye level not neck strain level it will put extra pressure on your neck and spine .

Does the sofa come apart? Meaning, can you detach the lounge chaise part?
I would put the TV on the wall above the bar counter. Add 2 bar stools and put the little work desk where AC is
I would suggest placing a table and 2 chairs where you want the credenza to go. You don't have a place to eat? Perhaps put credenza under TV instead?

Wow I can’t believe the rights of renters in nyc He is Australia we are very lucky and have good rights.if our ovens in Australia don’t work owners have 24 hour to fix our we can report to rental board get rent frozen payed to rental board until it get fix and they get fined. New apartment looks great.
I’m currently holidaying in USA and the fact that Cannabis is legal and it stinks everywhere has done my head Had to wait 2,5 hours at the doctor for a prescription 😂 and it’s so dirty everywhere I’m in sock so I can’t wait to get home to Australia 🇦🇺 We are so lucky in a lot of ways Luckiest country on earth 🌍
She does have renters rights. She could have withheld her rent until the owner fixed her stove. We have much better rights in NYC than you do in Australia. Mk?

And if Trumpo wins the election the USA will go to crap. He is a menace to America. As his father did, Trump will just have people living in slums.
