I have thought of it and I think this happened this way. The Ghoul is Amanda, the other cleaning lady is a werewolf and she used blood-magic to dominate her. If I am correct they will be forced to fight a werewolf specifically Bone Gnawers tribe.

There was another Axe like Gorechild that Angron used called Gorefather but it got destroyed during the battle of Armatura when a building fell on top of Angron along with him climbing out of the rubble using both Gorechild and, Gorefather the resolt in this ended up damaging the teeth along with tracks of the axes. Angron threw the weapons aside however Gorechild was the only one of the two axes that got repaired by Kharn and, Gorefather was left behind but a few days after the Horus Heresy Gorefather was somehow recovered and also ended up being repaired now the Axe serves as one of the most important relics to the world eaters and from what I read there are still some warbands that want to claim Gorefather for themselves while Gorechild is Kharns personal and main weapon.

The Butcher's Nails had been updated by the World Eater's Head Apothecary to be installed for Space Marines, as the older versions caused deterioration/instant death to space marines before. Angron did not give the order, at first, to install the Butchef's Nails into all of his chapter; Kharne was the one who began pushing for the idea, as he saw it as the only way for the War Hounds to understand their father through his pain. Angron hated this decision; he wanted his sons to refuse to having the Butcher's Nails, to not become slaves just like he was. Unfortunately, the Warhounds began getting them installed, and once the Horus Heresy began, any loyalists who did not take the Butcher's Nails were hunted down and slaughtered.
