You can install a 60Amp breaker and just limit the cars amperage. That way the mini split can work and not go over the 80Amp limit on the 100Amp sub panel

I have two Teslas with two Wall Connectors power sharing one 60 amp breaker and it works very well. I'm very pleased as it would be a gigantic pain to run a second set of wires in my situation.

Recommended manufacturer recommendation is 60a 240v circuit for 48amp load. Read the nameplate on the lower left side next to QR code. I’ve done this set up in Queen Anne 100 amp breaker stepped down and split into two both capable at times of 48amp load. Hardwired comm wire. This was the gen two tho when you had dip switches and dials for set up not buggy QR code. The set up process is rough

Curious did you only do a 50 amp circuit? I did a 70 amp just in case I ever got a second Tesla. The Charger will do 48 amps each.
