Ive used all these. The tempo/greenlee/progressive probes are the best. Theyre loud, feature rich, and have swapable probes. I had a fluke pro3000 and the speaker broke from a 3' drop on the first day. I replaced the speaker but still. I also didnt like the tones cuz they blend in with 60hz noise making it harder to track down. My fav tone generator is the triplett fox/hound. The tone generator has more features like tone changing when you get continuity but the hound probe, while very loud is made from very cheap plastic. Its still survived more drops than the fluke though.

Yes its a metal probe tip. People use them to short nodes on 66 blocks and testing for the tone to cut out to help narrow it down to the exact pair.

I’m a union carpenter out of Philadelphia. I do Office furniture tho and have always had the red husky bag. Everyone has those and the packout. Thanks for the video would like to pick this up next.

Will have to give those Klein coax connectors a try, we got a bunch from our supplier and they are just junk. My gosh. 😅

You are a great demonstrater. I just got one but I had to buy the batteries and the battery charger all separately. I did not know I could buy the whole thing together😟. I think I paid too much. Plus I bought the 3.0 batteries cuz I didn’t know they had the 6.0 batteries. I’d like to return the whole thing and buy the big one like you are showing. Ignorance can be expensive.

Bummer! Milwaukee makes great power tools in my opinion, but should leave the electrical tools to Klein, but what are you gonna do!

The exclusivity of Klein/Lowe's has resulted in the increase of Milwaukee hand & electrical tools at HD (look at its "Made in the USA" lineup). p.s. Lowe's has also expelled Fluke from its store.

Klein has been phased out of HD in my city for months now.

Unfortunately yes. Klein signed a deal with Lowe’s for exclusivity. I’ve seen the last bit of Klein tools on clearance at my local Home Depot. It is what it is I suppose. Great video as always man. 🍻

The Ryobi stack is not as durable as Packout, so to me, there isn't any deal worth me buying it. I've seen too many break on jobsites when someone thinks it is tough enough to handle the weight of the tools and being rolled over roug terrain or knocked over etc. They may be OK for a homeowner, but not in a professional setting.

The belt sander (file sander) is a rest tool, and to me it is proced right as the kit with the two batteries. But I use mine for business, so I make money with it, and it pays for itself.

Those PO tumblers and cups suck, because the small piece at the bottom thst clips into the Packout stack is too small and the cups/tumblers fall over too easily.

I have the Milwaukee String Trimmer, with edger, polesaw, hedge trimmer attachments. I have the single battery leaf blower, and the 14 inch top handle chainsaw. All of these work great and have plenty of power! I am happy with them so far.
