We are Victoria and Rich and we LOVE to cook! Victoria is gluten and dairy-free and Rich has no food restrictions, but at home, we are both gluten-free.
Together, we create gluten-free and dairy-free recipes to help the gluten-free lead a more delicious life. In our videos, we’ll show you how to create good food, gluten-free. And if you’re not gluten-free, don’t worry, our recipes can easily be converted to glutenous versions.

We love making homemade cordials! Our Cherry Bounce liqueur was made with fresh Michigan cherries we bought in Petoskey, Michigan, over the summer. Patience is a virtue with this recipe. I like more traditional tacos but I can appreciate that most of us grew up on these kind of tacos. Just don't be afraid to explore all the great versions of a taco because they get so much better!

Most mayo does not contain any gluten or wheat, however, you always need to check the label. Hellman's, Duke's, Best Foods are all safe.

As someone who cannot tolerate cow dairy or gluten, I had to forge a path forward to create a food world where I did not feel so left out. I am very happy to hear it is helping others in a similar way.
How do you call this dairy free if you use mayonnaise?
Mayo is not dairy. No cow, sheep or goat was involved. Mayo does involve eggs. Which are not considered dairy. If you are interchanging dairy-free with vegan, then that would different. Dairy free can sometimes be vegan but vegan is always dairy free.

That Washingtonia palm regularly gets super tall. We have so many even taller specimens of it here in Saint Petersburg Fl. The trunks and the root balls wear thin on them as they get taller until finally they’re just blown over in a storm. The cabbage palms next to it don’t seem to ever get as tall and they seem to just die once they get a certain height.

Yes, Lea & Perrins, in the United States, is certified gluten free and the only brand I use. Canadian and UK versions most likely have malt vinegar.

I followed this to a T. My smoker was too hot at 250°. I turned it down to 220° and it was perfect.

ok so basically the tall one is a diffrent species than the smaller ones and it grows very fast in preffered climates now the smaller palms are much slower in growth and dont get as tall

I just core the cabbage halves, remove the outer leaves, and use the 2mm slicing blade on my Cuisinart food processor for the cabbage, and the 3mm julienne blade for the carrots. Super fast. Then from another recipe I found a few years back I soak the cabbage (not the carrots) in a large bowl of water in the refrigerator for two hours or as much as overnight. Then I dry it in a salad spinner. This step removes a too earthy off taste in raw cabbage I find objectionable.

2 minutes in and I already know I can't eat it. I'm sure it's amazing for those who only have gluten to avoid. I looked at the full recipe after you mentioned soy and no subbing. Corn, soy, garbanzo, honey. Sigh allergies suck.
Living with food intolerances/allergies is not fun at all. I only have to deal with gluten and dairy, but it sounds like you have many others issues as well. I said no substitutions because I cannot guarantee the recipe will work with general substitutions. If you can tolerate dairy, sub milk powder for the soy powder. You can sub the corn starch with tapioca starch, and the garbanzo bean with fava bean, if you can tolerate that. If not, sub with sorghum. And the honey can be replace with an equivalent amount of agave nectar.

We have used both and like the flavor of the chicken stock best. Try it both ways and see which one you like best. We felt the beef stock brought too much flavor and the chicken stock brought depth but enough flavor to overwhelm it.

On the drive-in car wash topic, there is a new style of track system that does accept dually trucks. The track system is a big mat that doesn't require those metal rails that limit it to srw vehicles only. I have been using our local location for several months, and it works great!!! Here in Texas, the car wash chain is called Royal Wash.
