Yes, MAM was inspired by my videos, although he had a different spin on the way he presented them. I still miss him often.

So when you say different presentations do you mean that you said the names of the victims and he didn’t

@@SarinGasAttack Ok so I feel like if he did a video on one that you haven’t covered then you shouldn’t do that same one since the videos are very similar when it comes to the tone of voice the words used the terminology ect

@@JannaAnderson-ol4gs Yeah, I wasn't planning on doing one he'd one in the past. Hence why I've shied away from Utøya, among others.

Not enough is known about the events there or the events between then and his arrival at Port Arthur. So, I decided to just mention it in the introduction and focus on the main shooting.

They both use the same caliber (.223), so it's about the same. And no, the channel is not abandoned.

Mass Attack Media was actually inspired by my videos. I dedicated my Virginia Tech animation to him, since he helped review it before he passed.

I probably won't, despite it being my namesake.

It's possible Peter was shot while running. The report said he was feet away from the door. Articles I saw reported that eyewitnesses said he was holding the door.

Basically if you look at his actual death picture he's a few feet from the door - poor guy never made it. His autopsy also showed he was running when shot. Ironically if he held the door open he would have survived because the door opens in - so he'd be out of the shooter's sight. What likely happened is people saw his body next to an open door and assumed he was shot while opening it. You can kinda see why in his death picture.

Yes, I plan on making more animations. I'm currently working on one, but it's been labor-intensive.

I think the speed at which Steinhäuser moved to each floor, combined with the rarity of school shootings at the time (especially in Germany), made people more confused than fearful in the moment. Once he left each floor, most people started evacuating or hiding/barricading.

The police report stated that the exact motive was more or less unknown.

This guy spent every penny he had on guns and dedicated his life to them if he really wanted to he could have illegally gotten his hands on one. Side note the deadliest school shooting ever was done with 2 pistols

That doesn't change the fact that he took 17 lives in 5 minutes using a legally bought gun and, more likely than not, probably wouldn't have gone out of his way to illegally obtain one. Also the Virginia Tech shooting was so deadly because he was able to enter the classrooms, the doors could not be locked and had to be barricaded, the parkland shooter did not have to enter rooms to kill his victims, he killed many from outside of the classrooms. Some of his victims were from the hallway. However, despite the death toll, why should a civilian have access to such firepower in the first place? Home defense? It has been tested, and the shotgun has been the best for home defense. Yet it hasn't been often shotguns have been used to perform a shooting. Why? Because they are not made to kill as many in as short of a time span as possible, that can be attributed to the AR. There is no good reason for civilians to own rifles. Even in hunting, the meat won't be any good because of the destructive power behind the bullets.

The source I used is specifically the report commissioned by the state of Thuringia, in which it lists and maps out every piece of evidence. I put more faith in that than news reports for casing count.
