I'M BUILDING MY ULTIMATE ALL-IN-ONE WORKBENCH PART 1 #router #woodworking #workbench #enclosure

All support is much appreciated!
Since I start woodwork I've been keep collecting tools, some which I've used only once. My collection is getting bigger and my current workbench can't really hold more than it does now.This i why i decided to build a brand new, all-in-one workbench, which will have plenty of storage space and many built-in tools.
In the first part i will cover the built of the bench itself, adding couple of shelfs, my cnc router enclosure and my router table with a brand new lift.
Here are some links for the products i've used in this video:

CROSSCUT SLEDS (90 AND 45 DEGREES) FOR BOSCH GTS 10J #bosch
มุมมอง 2.1Kปีที่แล้ว
In this video i built 2 different (90 and 45 degrees) crosscut sleds for my Bosch GTS 10 J Table saw. Since Bosch is using their own unique size of miter slots, i purchased 3d printed miter bars from etsy. The product is amazing and very accurate. For the 45 degrees sled i made my own bars out of 6mm MDF. These sleds are asy to store on the walls and very accurate. Products i used in this proje...

DIY - CNC ENCLOSURE // USING LEFTOVER WOOD ONLY
มุมมอง 7K2 ปีที่แล้ว
In this video I built a CNC router enclosure, using only leftover wood around my shop. This machine (3018 PRO) can get really loud when it's cutting, so i had to come up with an idea to make sure the noise level is as low as possible. I added soundproof foam tape where the door is closing and extra layer of Silicone in the joints all around. Adding acrylic glass to 2 of the sides allows me to r...

    Thank you for detailing your project. I had been struggling with how to attach the dust collection hose to the dust shoe without catching on the spindle or drag chain. After seeing your configuration I realized I was making it too complicated. I also like the use of the wood siding that had a rabbit already cut(for the window frame). Again...why make things more complicated than they need to be.

    AWESOME tutorial - shocking that it does not have more likes and comments - you did a great job. I have saved this video so I can do something similar with my spare jigsaw. I bought a scroll saw a year or so ago, and it is useless, it does not allow for the blade to be tightened so the cuts are all over the place 😣😡. I am going to try this instead.

      Sport mode is great if you print simple projects with not much detailes, for example a box. If there are more details i prefer to print on normal mode. It's always fun to try sport and ludicrous mode at least once on a benchy.

    What size plywood did U use??

    • @MinimalMomento
      @MinimalMomento ปีที่แล้ว

      18mm plywood on front and back, 9mm on the sides (but you can also use 18mm, but it will be heavier). Each side is 30cm X 30cm, so for 1 box you need about 160cm X 30cm or the 120X60 plywood, which is more common in stores.

    The stained 9mm pieces look nice but are they necessary to make the staircase structurally sound?

    • @MinimalMomento

      The main reason for the 9mm plywood was to highlight the color difference, a decoration.

    One of the more simple designs for DIY fans. If the stands are going to be tall, the speakers will have to be small. Otherwise, some way must be found to make the base heavy / large, to prevent it keeling over by accident.

    couple tips: don't put screws into end-grain. second, this design is not stable. The bottom plate should be much wider so the top-heavy unit (speaker + stand) won't tip over so easily.

    • @MinimalMomento
      @MinimalMomento ปีที่แล้ว

      Very good tips indeed, thank you. I did screwed the end grain, thinking that in a small project as it is, this stand would be more forgiving. The bottom plate could have been wider indeed for more stability, but i just wanted to have a small footprint, the stands are actually quete stable with the speakers on
