@@akcalder92 i like it! It shoots great footage and takes great photos. BUT Nikon offers the Z6iii now and that camera is better suited for video. If I was gona buy a new camera right this moment. It would be that one. But the differences aren’t big enough to sell my z7ii and buy their new camera.

@ I’d use it for photography more. How’s the AF that’s my biggest thought.

@ auto focus isnt bad at all. I had issues getting it to focus on the right stuff when I was filming things and not behind the camera to monitor but using the right auto focus settings fixed the majority of that. If you’re behind the camera you won’t have issues at all

@@timricks1149 it does feel like another planet. And it’s crazy that people are still able to farm out there and feed cattle. There are a few rivers that flow through and give them all then water they need. The south east is beautiful though! I love those forests

@@thisismetravels love that! It’s done me well. There are times I wish I had a jeep cause they are easier to modify and are a little better at rock crawling haha but then I’m also glad I get the utility that comes with having a truck for every day life. Lily is a trooper!

@@blakegarner3719 I think about it all the time haha this truck is paid off though so it’s hard to swallow adding a car payment to my monthly expenses again. I’ve told my self that if I get to a point where TH-cam will pay me enough for a vehicle payment then I’ll pull the trigger and invest more into the channel. But until then I’m just going to try and make better videos with what I already have.

@@OrrinLewis I have the same truck as you except mine is white and only has 1.25 inch extra lift and 33 inch tires. I’ve owned 4x4 trucks for many years and my 2018 ZR2 is by far the most capable off-roader I’ve ever owned. I too would love the new Gen Colorado ZR2 just haven’t been able to justify the new truck payment in my mind when I totally love my current truck and it for fills all my off roading needs. Just a eye candy thing and a want for something new and shiny, that’s the way us men folk are, or that’s what my wife says😊

@@backcountryoverland103 totally agree that they are overlooked! Such a beautiful mountain range. Definitely learned my lesson with the flat tire though. Got a full size spare now and a tire patch kit as well. Thanks for the support!

Possibly. I didn’t understand the mechanical systems enough to know whether or not that would have been ok on my drive train or possibly cause damage so I didn’t risk it. Either way the front wheel drive would not have been enough to get me off the trail. It couldn’t make it over the smallest obstacle without being pulled.

@@OrrinLewis Yes. I thought maybe a free spooling drive train might of caused an issue too but, I was not sure. I thought since you were over the last obstacle you could of made it out.

@@lomosaltatho3008 nope. But they are cheap and worth having for sure. I’ll be getting one in the future. Diff skid and gas tank skid plate along with steel drive shaft
